“My vehicle failed initial inspection, they advised, I addressed the issues, came back and they passed the vehicle the second time. Professional and courtious. My only issue, this was a used car purchase and it had a belt receiver tucked into the seat. It's my problem not theirs, I get that. I just felt they could have been a bit more helpful on that, but these shops probably lose money doing inspections, and that vehicle didn't need any repairs, so 5 stars is very reasonable.”

Got an oil change and a radiator flush per his recommendation. He was both knowledgeable and respectful, he explained the process to me and it didn’t feel pushy like it has in the past being a woman at a car shop.
