In addition, we were extremely pleased with the help we received from Sean K. , the service desk supervisor on 11/26/2021 who successfully resolved an issue to our satisfaction. Both were a pleasure to work with and we will continue to shop at this Home Depot over others in the area.”
“The employees at the Home Depot stores are, for the most part, wonderful. My beef is with the fact that Home Depot (and other retailers) are trying to get rid of employees via the introduction of ‘Self-Checkout’, to the detriment of the patrons and employees. The delays, confusion and
frustration ,while checking out, is rampant at all stores that have implemented and emphasized ‘Self-Checkout’
Please, I want to deal with a ‘HUMAN’!!!!!!”
