Jack at New Life is great! He's nice, professional, and his prices are very fair. And he comes to your home or work, which is extra convenient. A pleasure to do business with. He repaired my torn car upholstery so well I can't even see the stitching. Absolutely recommend.

Jack Gravell. The man, the myth, the legend. I have had him do 3 separate leather repairs on couch's. And multiple auto leather repairs. He is professional and an expert in his craft. He exceeds my expectations and I've been very pleased with his work and would recommend him for any furniture, leather and or vinyl repair/restoration. He is excellent!Steve C.

I rarely write reviews. No personal disrespect intended, but AVOID this business. They will permanently damage your car. Jack was paid $200 to repair damage caused by the dealership on soft touch upholstery on a new car. The damage was a small tear that was 1/10 inch wide and 1/3 inch long. I told him specially to keep any discoloration to the area of damage. His response was dismissive and defensive. (It's amazing that he thinks he's so against actually talking with his customers).Jack turned the 1/10 inch tear into the size of a half dollar coin (about 1 inch in diameter). The color didn't match exactly and it was very poorly textured. I don't even believe he brought a light to inspect it in proper lighting. It took him about 40 minutes and he charged the dearlship $200. He also messed with another part of the dash and damaged it. I told him to only fix the small spot.Thankfully I got the whole thing replaced for $300.
