Highly recommend Jim and the service he offers. Not only do I call him for my personal computer issues, but as well as for two businesses that I run/manage. He is always quick to get started on a solution, and more often than not, has me back up and running earlier than quoted.Something that Jim has that I personally find commendable is his attitude and approach towards customers and their issues. Oftentimes, I go to him in a rush thinking I know exactly what I want/need to have done. Jim slows down the pace and takes a look at all the factors in the equation, and sets me up with a solution that both saves me time in the short term, and money in the long term. Having a trustworthy individual such as this who is located right down the street is truly an asset that deserves appreciation and recognition. If there were more than 5 stars, Jim would be getting them. Give him a call today.

To expensiveI'm not that person. I had a call with you and it was way to expensive to do one small job.it was more then 100 for small job. Other people charge less around you.

I recommend this business. My experience with Jim was great. I had a laptop with the black screen of death. I needed the files off it. He got them off and all was good.

I am Still waiting on an external hard drive data recovery since February 16th!!! Today’s date is April 23rd… I’m a very good dude to have waited this long and to have received terrible service with awful communication. I’m sorry but I don’t even write reviews but this is ridiculous! ?

I gave my laptop to be fixed but the owner couldn't find parts for it. It was at his shop for months. I couldn't reach him sometimes but finally I got it back, not fixed, but all files transferred.

Needed to change out the motherboard on my gaming rig and he got the job done. It took a little longer than expected but that was mostly due to an issue on my end. I would recommend him to anyone who needs anything related to IT.

Motherboard failed right after he replaced it, had to have it done again, never recovered data from hard drive, never got the RAM I ordered 3 months ago (he said it would be 1 week), rarely answers his phone, never returns calls, refuses to make an appointment or commit to a time he will be in his shop. Middle of the workday, lights are on, Open sign is lit, door locked, won't answer his phone. Also been waiting 3 months for 2 old monitors he was donating to the Catholic school where I teach, Asked for a large RAM quote for the school 2 months ago, never got it. Always acts like you're bothering him. I give up.
