This place seriously needs to be looked into for possible scamming employees. I called the Holyoke location to get pricing on a specific phone because I couldn’t get through to this location at first. Was given all the information I needed from Holyoke except that of one specific phone because it wasn’t in stock. I finally got through to this store and the man who picked up the phone was very dismissive straight off bat and told me there was a store policy at this location that they cannot tel pricing online. So I sent my son over to get the pricing and his pricing was over $200 MORE than what the Holyoke location said for the same exact phone. That seems fishy and doesn’t make any sense. Please look into this location and how they are running T-Mobile, seems like they are scamming customers.

Horrible service changed service got free android phone at the time they bragger about moto g stylus 128gb had then for 4 months has issues with not getting service anywhere I went went there they couldn't figure out the issue saying it's the phone after them getting fustrated 45min later like no because when we went back to our old service all messages came back? Was never the phone they were to lazy to figure it out metropcs service sucks get straight talk !!
