Martins Flooring has a beautiful selection of flooring. I’ve had them install flooring in my kitchen, bathroom, laundry, den and hallways. I would hire them again, but I’ve run out of floors! Friendly and helpful customer service and top notch installation. Thanks for making my home so beautiful.

Excellent quality and service from Martins. Our wood floor project was completed in just three weeks. Communication was great from start to finish and product recommended was just as we expected. Installer was Steve and he was excellent. Timely, efficient and responsive to our input. I’d highly recommend Martins. I’m looking forward to my next project with them.

We had talked with 4 flooring companies total. Three were local and direct communications, one was initially via online correspondence. Martins is the ONLY one that answered 100% of our questions and gave us a complete detailed quote with specific line items that outlined every single aspect of the pending installation. The others kept us going back & forth and/or never did detail everything. One of them kept 'promising' a significant discount AFTER we signed the contract but would not even qualify the $ amount of said discount. Once the actual Installation came, things got even better! There was a couple of slight delays but that did not matter to me as I am retired and time is on my side (lol!). Our installer, Darrin Clark, was excellent. He was able to handle some significant angles and corners that we thought were going to be problematic and the finished product is far beyond our expectations. He is a true artist and a total gentleman, very, very easy to work with. And, I had worked in service related industries my whole life, so I have a lot of interactions to compare him to. Cannot say enough good about Darrin and Martins in general. 100% Satisfied.

Martin Flooring is the best. Don't bother to get any other estimates. Ann helped us with the bathroom flooring options. Chris gave us a very fair estimate and detailed the work To be be performed. Steve, our installer is efficient and meticulous with his work. You will not be disappointed in Steves work. We had an excellent experience from start to finish In getting a wooden floor installed. The help in the showroom was great. The measurements were done within days and 2 weeks later the installation was done. Everybody showed up on time and did a perfect job. Will certainly go there again.

Our experience with Martins Flooring was pretty good. Our time of arrival for install was between 10-11:00 am but they never showed up till 12:15 the first day without even a phone call to give a heads up. Promptness to me is a reflection on the company you work for and it was just not a good way to start the day. The second day I was told they would arrive at 11:00 and again they didn't arrive until 11:45. One day being late is maybe a bad day but 2 days shows a lack of respect for my time! Also upon arrival the first day I had to tell them to put a mask on or they would have to reschedule! We were NOT allowed into their showroom without a mask and that same respect should have been given to me. They had no problem wearing the mask but I did have to tell them to put it on. Our overall experience was good I just suggest being on time in the future.

Love my new floor! Installers were very professional and very respectful. Our radiant floor heating was an issue with some of the other installers I interviewed. Not these folks. They did a super job without damaging our heating system. We are very pleased with the result.

Awesome flooring job. Very professional and the installer was the best. He did an amazing job and was truly a nice person to deal with. I had my kitchen and hallway done with a one piece sheet vinyl floor, and my bathroom as well with a different pattern. So pleased with the work. Highly recommend them!

I was originally very happy with the customer service but as the process moved on, I was very displeased. I ended up with surplus materials that they would not take back & at no point in time did anyone explain to me that everything they sell is "special ordered" & could not be returned. I ended up with over $400 worth of material I do not need. I was disappointed that they did not make some effort to correct this situation.

I found Martin's to be a really enjoyable experience for my flooring projects. I felt so good about my hardwood flooring purchased there, I did a carpeting project with them also. I had great communication with them, and they did a very professional job. The carpet installers were even careful not to let my cats out, no easy feat! I get compliments on the floors, and carpet all the time. I would highly recommend them.
