“After a very rough start with this merger of Pryor Insurance and Chase Clarke via many frustrating phone calls last August 2023, I finally made a visit to the new office in Holyoke which proved to be the necessary move to finally smooth things out. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist at the door who introduced me to someone named Christine who proved herself extremely competent and able to fix any issue as was the case with my previous agent who moved into a different position (Diem). I left the office with all issues resolved and was thankful to have met someone new (Christine) who could continue to help me in the future. Now I can safely recommend this agency to others. “on April 08, 2024 my car broke down in Springfield, MA. I'm in my late 70's and have never needed assistance before.. A man named Pedro was sent to assist me. He determined the car needed to be put on his ramp truck to get it, and me home... He was so polite and helpful it was as if my son was there to help me. He made sure I was able to safely get into his truck and that my seat-belt was fastened. He is a superb driver, taking no chances and always in control of his truck. I am not one that enjoys meaningless conversation but Pedro and I talked much of the way to my house.. He was absolutely a delight to talk to.. He showed his driving skills getting into my driveway getting my car in front of my garage door.. He then assisted me getting out of the truck.. He was such a delight to talk to I was sad to see him leave.. Thank you for turning a bad situation to an enjoyable event.”
