They told me that you can get advice before we do your taxes. Then they asked for 520 dollars to do my taxes and did not give me my documents until I paid $50. I don’t recommend for you to do your taxes with them.

I made an appointment over the phone and told them what i got W2, 1099 div, net profit/loss and they told me $200. When I arrived to meet John and was ready he told me 420. I told him that they told me 200 and I told John it will take 20 minutes or less and now you want 420. He just looked at me like I had no choice because tomorrow is the last day and I would agree but I told him no. I did it with someone else for 100 and after 20 minutes everything was ready. Thank you H&R Block and thank you John. Cheating doesn't always work . They lost a customer and someone gained a customer. Thank you Tim (Westwood) in Westfield at 94 N Elm st

Highly recommend! Each year I go, I feel the the tax professional cares about my personal situation and I never feel like just a random client. I've used H&R BLOCK since 2018 and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future!

I have to check over the experienced accountant. I don't like the professionalism at all. Talked way too loud over private matters again. Also the price is going up steep. Almost double from last year but I switched jobs and invested in stock market.
