Terrible customer care!!! I walked in looking for a pair of tires but the gentleman I found there was very unfriendly, cold, didn’t show any interest in helping me find what I was looking for. He didn’t even notice when I decided to walk out after I realized I had probably come to the wrong place!!

Needed new tires to be mounted and balanced on my 2010 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. Called around to get estimates. Grader Auto Services won my business. Quick rundown of service and price. I was shocked to be offered an appt on Monday. Service area is neat. Waiting area large, neat, clean and comfortable. Staff is polite and informative. Best price, and quickest appt, closest to my home, in the area. Will be returning!!

Good place to go. They try to get you right in. Prices are reasonable. I came down to Westfield from Becket and my front axle failed I found a new one at Autozone brought it in and they helped me out on the spot. I was drjving less than 2 hours later..Go there.

awesome place, great pricing , friendly and knowledgeable staff . I've brought my car here for a break booster to be done as well as an exhaust and both times they made the process so easy , no stress at all . I'll be bringing my car back again this week. This repair shop is excellent and affordable and honest, go here for the most for your money, super good service at reasonable rates, great people. I will go there for all my service needs.
