My, new to me, rescue dog would not allow touch to his paws, ears or teeth. He would lash out and nip whomever attempted to touch him. Nicole and Michael found a way to soothe him making it possible to have his nails cut. This was a major accomplishment that lead to changing my dog Charlie’s behavior entirely.Nicole and Michael are a great team. They’re kind, they’re patient and they’re compassionate. I’ll always be grateful for the impact and behavioral changes they’ve had on my dog Charlie.

My dog received her first haircut today with Nichol and am very, very happy! My little Shichon not only looked great, but a bath and haircut only took a little over an hour. I love that she only does one dog at a time, so no dog is in a kennel after a bath and waiting for their turn to get their haircut. Leah was so relaxed when I picked her up and instead of rushing to the door to get out, she was strolling around, so comfortable and stress-free. And her price is very reasonable! I'm very happy with K-9 & Felines, knowing Leah will always be in good hands and home quickly!

Both of my Labradoodles left Nicholl's shop looking fantastic and feeling very chill. My 14 year old has needed to be sedated for the last five years for grooming but not with Nicholl! He got some special attention and handling and he was happy throughout. Needless to say, Nicholl's special touch and warm and personal service has made me a returning customer.

Nicholl is wonderful!! My Shih-Poo has fear aggression, etc., and is not the easiest dog, but she has groomed him regularly for eight years and does a wonderful job every single time. Nicholl is absolutely the best!!

Quiet atmosphere. Perfect for my anxious Chihuahua. He was nervously shaking when we walked in and was walking around the place like he owned it, on our way out!
