We received three beautiful arrangements, delivered on time to the correct location for a Rehearsal Dinner. Unfortunately what came was not quite what we ordered. Crucially, the colors did not fit with what we asked for to coordinate with the Bride's wedding colors. We ordered approximately a week in advance and made sure to allocate plenty of money for these arrangements, so that the florist would have enough to work with. I spoke with the owner afterwards and she was lovely and understanding of the situation. I would use Flowers by Webster again, but I would be careful to make a very specific order so that I received what I was hoping for!

This is the best place to get flowers from, I get flowers for my mother occasionally and they never disappoint. Highly recommend!!!

Purchased Valentines Day flowers. They never came on the day then when they were received they were wilted on the top and dead looking at the tips. No phone call to say they weren’t coming. Nothing! Find another florist.

Called Flowers by Webster to send an arrangement to a member of my family for their birthday. Juli answered the phone and I explained that I needed them delivered that same day because they weren't open the next day which was Sunday. I was expecting to hear that it couldn't happen but nope, Juli took down the information and told me it was going to be no problem! Needless to say I was thrilled. Now it's the weekend after Christmas and who has the extra money to send a nice big arrangement? After listening to what I would get on a few different price ranges, she heard the disappointment in my voice that I really couldn't afford what I truly wanted to get. She told me to not worry about anything. That whatever I paid, she would boost it up for me with a few more flowers to make it look nice and full. I wanted to cry! It's so nice when someone who doesn't know you can make you feel like your needs are important to them. Thanks to Juli, my mom got a gorgeous arrangement with such uniquely colored flowers and beautiful fillers. She even sent me a picture of the finished product. I couldn't wait to hear from my mom! I recommend Webster's and Juli!
