10/10 customer service! Ben was awesome and so helpful! was able to find me a great car and a great deal! and the car was making a little noise after i left and i bought it back in a few days later and James helped me out and fixed the issue for free!! awesome experience!

I bought a 2005 Ford Focus zx5 from Fenton's. The car was trashed and it needed a condenser and the rubber seals that go keep the cold air out. I spent $3200 on the ford.

UPDATE-Jan. 2022, It has been over two years since I purchased my car here and I still couldn't be happier. I WILL return to this dealership for my next vehicle when I need one, but that may still be a while since the one they sold me is still going strong. To add, all repairs, including body/paint that they repaired and replaced upon delivery is still like new. Honesty and integrity come to mind if describing the business practices here.
November 2020, I highly recommend coming here for your next vehicle. John is a man of his word. I looked at a vehicle I really liked but it had some flaws that were holding me back. John had these flaws fixed and then some. I got the car for a great price and I've had it for 3 months now. I drive a ton and have not had a single issue with this car at all. This is a no pressure dealer who is honest and stands behind his word.

Fantastic used vehicle buying experience with Mike and John!!... straightforward, transparent, friendly. They went above and beyond preparing the vehicle for delivery... car fully serviced, replaced the front brakes and rotors and charged the AC, all at their own cost..none of which I had requested or expected. Impressive
