I carved out some time to sneaker shop this morning and needed some professional opinions. 6 months post bunionectomy and finally back to jogging.When I walked in, a young lady had me walk away from her and determined that I don’t “pronate” when I asked her what that means she said that I “don’t point my toes in.” She decided I needed supported sneakers and began to pull some from the back of my size. When the tongue of a pair was pressing on my scar and I asked if any sneakers have a thinner tongue the owner showed up and she explained to him my needs.He promptly said that they could not help me and they did not have any thinner (as I was looking directly at sneakers with thinner tongues mind you). He said again they did not have any kind of shoe for me. I was lost for words and quietly left. No apology or recommendation or any sort of business sense.I am one to root for the mom and pop- I went there to support local. I was there a total 15 minutes and will not go back or recommend.

Joe was extremely helpful. So glad to have finally found a shoe store that has employees who truly have knowledge of their products!

Joe was very helpful and patient. He listened to what I needed. I had to find a shoe that would allow my special orthotic inserts to be used. I had gone to several stores but either they didn't have what I wanted. or the staff was too busy to help. Walmart was a joke. Joe took the time to ask questions on exactly what I needed. The shoes that I now wear ,with the inserts are 2 full sizes larger then what I had been wearing. Blisters are gone and it doesn't hurt to walk!

I came to fast feet to look at /try on some new running shoes. I was pleasantly surprised how helpful the employee was. Tim observed my foot arch and recommend the right shoe the left one didn't fit. Hahahah jk but seriously he was really professional and helped alot. I left satisfied, definitely would recommend. Thanks Tim !
