I went in to the location on E. Main Street in Westfield MA looking for a Type C charging cord for my Android phone. I asked the cashier where the electronic aisle is because there are ZERO aisle signs and it was my first time in this location (incidentally none of the employees were wearing a Dollar Tree shirt or a name tag). When I finally found them, I found hundreds of the Micro USB cords and ZERO of the Type C which is specifically for Android phones. When I got to the register, I thanked the cashier for letting me know where electronics was but unfortunately there wasn't the cord I needed. She immediately jumped down my throat and said that her job ended when she told me where they were and she wasn't paid enough to care about a senior looking for a damn cord. I wish she had a name tag but she's young, heavy set, and an attitude. And she has no respect for seniors. My first trip in this store is my last!!

This place has had the lights on with nobody home literally since before Thanksgiving. The least this place could do would be to put a sign on the door letting customers know that there's nobody there. I called one day during the week to find out what the situation was since all the lights were on but the doors are locked and the kids said they were having a heating issue. I said well there are numerous people trying to get in elderly and some people with babies the day I called it was freezing out so it would make sense to inform people with a sign of sorts. The next day when I went back it was pouring rain but it was warm out no answer on the telephone, but the doors are still closed. This was after the kid told me that the heat would be fixed the next day. It just happens. Basically, if it's not there AC busting it's the heat which makes zero sense.

This store was not very tidy today. Sure, they were stocked though there was much stock and many boxes stacked on the floor. The store had a vibe of "incomplete." I only picked up three things today and there was a wait at the register. [Review 18331 overall - 163 in New Jersey - 1853 of 2022.]

That was the friendliest, most clean n largest Dollar Tree I've ever been to..i don't care about the distance I'll keep going to that store it's worth it.
