im currently in the store now . theres a bigger dude here working in all black walking around listening to some type of sports game on his phone on full blast. im not sure if he is aware or not , but last time i checked when you clock in at a job your supposed to be working. i mean it is dollar general but at least have the decency to put your phone away or even put headphones in so the entire store doesnt have to listen to your sports game on full blast.

The only beauty and hair products (regardless of “ pricing” ) they have behind the counter are black hair and beauty products, blatant racism. It’s a no for me .

this location frustrates me every single time. It's the only store by my work so I have no choice but to go here sometimes. Always cluttered and messy, items for purchase all over the floor, staff SLOW and UNPROFESIONAL. takes entire lunch break standing in line. And just today I have spent all morning calling from eight to nine thirty am just to see if they carry something. they straight up do not pick up the phone or do anything. this place is a joke. 4.5 stars lmao I think not

it says you guys open at 8 it’s currently 9 and the door is still not open highly unprofessional. Definitely deserves a visit form corporate.

My girlfriend just went to general dollar store on 617 Southampton rd and she observed a first shift woman who was coughing her brain's out not wearing a mask and she works thier behind the counter ringing up other people and also she was coughing so hard her face was red !! We are in the red for the viruses and they should wear a mask if employees are sick ? she was a heavy set woman who was coughing her brain's out with a red face and even care about the customers .....

Saturday morning February 5 2022. Dollar general Southampton Road in Westfield. Please managers, re-educate your employees that you have a mask policy. Today there was an employee talking nonstop with her mask around her chin. I walked out without making a purchase. I will not be returning
