I was supposed to pick up the prescribtion for my less than two year old daughter. I arrived at the pharmacy after taking time off from work after 2 hours as I received an SMS that my order had been received. I was told that my prescribtion was not ready and that I had to wait at least another 20 minutes. I said that I received an SMS 2 hours ago, to which I received an ironic response that this does not mean anything, in the sense that they received the order, but have not yet begun to collect it. I needed to get back to work as I couldn't wait an extra 20 or more minutes. After work, I again went to pick up the order, it was 8:58 on the clock and the curtains were already lowered in the pharmacy, but inside all the employees were in place. I asked if I could pick up an order for my daughter, they told me to come tomorrow. I explained that I had already been today and that they did not make my order on time. I was told with absolute indifference that they had already closed, although they were still there. It turns out that I have to wait 20 minutes because no one is in a hurry, but they are ready to leave early with pleasure. This is total disrespect for the customer. I didn't come to the pharmacy for bread. My sick child was left without medication for the night. I won't even look in the direction of the CVS. Disgusting attitude towards customers.
