Best parts store in western Mass. Huge inventory, if they don’t have something usually it’ll be in by the next morning. Very loyal to their customers. Old time customer service where they consider the customer important even if it’s not convenient for them.

If you've been to the other Auto parts stores and they cant find that unique part for your vehicle try these guys, better yet do yourself a favor and go to these guys first, they'll get you what you need. Great service as reasonable prices.?

I've been going to Westfield Auto Parts for over 25 years. The main reason is that the guys at the counter are true "parts guys." They don't rely on what the computer says, if you come on with some bizzare part from some obscure vehicle, they actually do the research to find what you need. Having the machine shop right there is also an added bonus.
