Being a New Gun Store and dealing with 12 other distributors I have to say my sales rep “ John C. Is outstanding, goes out of his way for us! Thank you. I can not say enough about how pleasant it was to meet everyone there and take the tour! Customer service at its best!

I have done business with Camfour for 25+ years and are my "go to" distributor. They are not like the big boys, where you become a number. They are very helpful and help me with all my needs. In Jan. 2013 the firearms industry was turned upside down. It was not just Camfour that experienced delays and huge backlogs. Most distributors computers crashed if they did on line sales, even if you could get through to a dist., shipping was backed up for weeks. So, with all that being said, giving someone in the firearms business a bad review based on Jan 2013 isn't a fair snap shot of their business.

Our new company made it's first purchase of a firearms and safe through Camfour, Inc. in January 2013. It took weeks to get a response from this company and no one in customer service seemed to care if I received my order or not. Then I receive the firearm (and) safe shipped in one single box, but receive two separate shipping charges? I call customer service and finally get to a sales agent that says he sees the problem and that it will get fixed right away. Two months later and after two phones calls I still receive statements saying I owe for the second shipping charge. This company is by far the worst distributor I've dealt with since opening. Will not be using them again and I warn everyone that you WILL get low quality service, support, and sales.
