I was needing a brake chamber put on my semi-truck over the weekend I could not find a shop in my area that was open and Bill's repair service was open 24/7 he came out on a Sunday and did the job. If I find myself in the area Westfield Massachusetts again I would call him again. Service charge was reasonable.

Amazing service!… Serpentine belt went flying off on highway… reached out to Bill’s and Jeremy was able to assist in getting the right replacement belt installed and quickly fixed. Couldn’t ask for more!

I'd recommend these guy's hands down. Great and friendly people to deal with. Had me back up and running sooner than I figured they'd even get to me with twice the amount of work needed than assumed. These gentleman have our company's business from now on in this area.
