Prices are still high, the deli is dirty especially the ceiling tiles over the counter. Produce is always just about to be spoiled. It's really starting to go down hill.

My wife reserved 3lbs of steamers for her father for Fathers Day. She gave her name and phone number and was assured they would put aside the order for her to pick up before she went to her dads for his Fathers Day lunch. When she arrived the woman in the seafood department said they must have given them away to someone else. Way to ruin Fathers Day Big Y.

I came here to grab something to eat really fast, at the station to get food all 3 employees ignored me. So I went to the grab and go, and I grabbed some of the pre-made sandwiches and salad. No utensils or condiments are easy to find, so I didn't get any.

I would normally give Big Y a 4-5 star rating but lately every time I go they have 4-5 employees walking around with only 1 register open and a line of people at it.

I went to grab some subs for dinner. One of the employee made my sandwich such care. Such artistic finesse. It was absolutely fantastic. I did not catch his name but he was a delight and was friendly the whole time.

I went there on a Monday morning after a big weekend snow storm and the store was absolutely beautiful and amazingly clean. Every shelf was full of products And every department had a full staff. Super nice!!!Thank you my Big Y
