A recent experience has caused me to amend my review. Previously I had fantastic experiences with this location.
On 5/1/24 My wife and I made a purchase in excess of 90 dollars, upon returning home we realized an item had been misplaced by either the bagger or cashier and while on the receipt we didn't have it after looking extensively to ensure we ourselves didn't misplace it. I called customer service, the woman on the other end upon hearing that I couldnt come in today to fix it(its a 45 minute drive one way) promptly hung up the phone on me. I hope to rectify this with Big Y.

I recently discovered that my big y silver savings card no longer saves me money on gas unless I download there appI feel that this practice is extremely prejudicial against those of us who are not tech savvy or cannot afford a phone that can handle all those appsNeedless to say they have lost my loyalty if not my business altogether which is disappointing because I used to go out of my for those pointsNOT ANYMOREArthur VanPelt
