“When I checked in in the front office and I was directed to go around to other side and back into a dock.I’ve called this facility ahead of time and ask if any possibility I can get unloaded day earlier. I needed to get back to Arizona due to my dentist appointment. Stritch didn’t promise anything but told me to head over to her facility. When I arrived Ware House was not busy at all and they took me right away,I had less than 10 pallets and I was unloaded in record time. This place is by far the best Aaron’s I have ever been into, Very clean place would recommend.”

In addition, we were extremely pleased with the help we received from Sean K. , the service desk supervisor on 11/26/2021 who successfully resolved an issue to our satisfaction. “We went to the Westfield MA Home Depot to purchase a Christmas lawn decoration and a special light module. We met Susan and she was very knowledgeable and friendly and knew just what we needed and found it for us. We could not find the Christmas decoration so she helped us with that too. She had to get another associat, Angelo to help with this because they did not have any in the store. Together they were able to find one at another store. We then went to the service desk where Susan and Sharon were able to call the other store and the associat there personally made sure they had one and set it aside for us to pick up the next day. We were very impressed with the friendly and professional service. We wish there were more people like this Home Depot should be very glad to have such wonderful employees ❤”
