Fantastic options and Dan “the owner” is very nice and works with you to get everything exactly the way you want even down to us needing some extra stuffing. Also has a great eye for modern styles and colorsSimply put check this place out before you go to larger stores and get overcharged for the same furniture

Wow is an understatement! This is our second time purchasing a couch from Dan and this experience was above and beyond. Our first couch has held up exceptionally well so it was a no brainer to come back for our second after moving into a bigger home. We purchased a couch and a new entertainment center piece at an incredibly affordable price. Delivery was PHENOMENAL. Seriously I can’t thank them enough. The couch was NOT GONNA FIT IN THE DOOR and those guys stayed for longer than an other business would and took the time to make it work! Being a customer with them is truly a wonderful experience and I cannot recommend them enough. I love my new pieces and know I will for years to come!

The owner, Dan, is a joy to work with! The furniture he has is is beautiful and extremely affordable..So much to choose from and so many colors, patterns and choices to choose from! Not like the big box stores! We purchased a Gorgeous new Living Room sofa, loveseat and two matching Cushy chairs the other day and I’m thrilled with the quality, beauty and comfort. We also bought a small loveseat for my bedroom! The discounts cannot be beat! Next I’m going to purchase an unbelievably pillow top mattress that is So comfortable with a very price! I’m so glad I found this place at Hampden Ponds Plaza in Westfield! I would never go Anywhere Else to buy furniture!

Affordable Mattress & Furniture delivered furniture to my home and during delivery my door was damaged. The tenant noticed the damage and asked that a notation be made on the delivery paperwork that the door was damaged during delivery. The tenant then contacted the owner of the company, Dan Wells, and was told that they would only speak to the home owner. I accompanied the tenant to the store and spoke to Mr. Wells. Mr. Wells then came to my home and agreed to repair the door to my satisfaction. A female employee came to our home a few times over the next two weeks attempting to repair the door. The repair was less than adequate. I contacted Mr. Wells asking if the door was complete and voiced my concern of the quality of repair that was done at this time. He informed me that, "as far as he was concerned he was finished and was not doing another thing". He also added that, "there was no proof that the door wasn't like that to begin with." He responded to me with disregard and unprofessional sarcasm. I am very disappointed to have been treated so disrespectfully by Mr. Wells. I do not recommend doing business with an individual like this.

I bought a mattress from him in 2019 and was extremely impressed with the prices and quality. He was very helpful with information but didnt hover and try to upsell on everything. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a great night sleep without spending thousands. I'm only writing this now because I now need a bigger mattress, and was trying to remember where I got mine originally. I found my receipt and just had to leave a review. Will be visiting soon for another bigger mattress!

Dan was great! He gave us time to browse and was available for questions, and when we needed anything he gave us plenty of information, adding in discounts wherever he could. We went during the Labor Day sale and got a new bedframe, mattress and box frame on sale, and discounted mattress cover, with an added discount for everything because we paid by check (rather than credit card or financing). The delivery guys were very nice and assembled everything super quick.

Dan was super patient with all of our questions and was great to work with! Ended up getting our couch delivered a day early and the movers helped us rearrange it til it was perfect! Will definitely be back.

The movers were great as well and set it all up. Got a great deal on the couch. The same couch anywhere else was more expensive. I highly recommend this place for any furniture you are looking to purchase.

Just what it says! I wanted a couch under $1K. They have a selection, they have a clean, cool, well-lit couple of storefronts in a rather charming little mall (good pizza at Millie's). Dan is friendly, easy to talk to, and the guys who delivered couch the next day were professional and effective. Bonus--the throw pillows are high quality. Have a look. I'm very happy.

Amazing customer service! As soon as we came in Dan made us feel like we were at home. We told him our price range and showed us our options, and gave us an amazing deal on a memory foam mattress and a frame.
