The Verizon store in Westborough has excellent customer service, I had the pleasure of working with Callie this afternoon, I had a great experience, she is highly skilled, efficient , knowledgeable while also being very friendly. Moving from a different carrier was stressful (due to the previous carrier difficult customer service), but I was in good hands in the Westborough Verizon store and I am delighted with my new carrier, new phone and new iPad!

I had the worst experience that I have ever had with a vendor at the Victra Verizon store. My wife and I responded to a promotion and traded our Apple 14 phones in for the Apple 15 phones. The store took our phone in trade and the store representative sent in the phones to the warehouse and the phones were supposedly lost in transit which I was later given documentation that confirmed that the warehouse received them. Then we were not given the proper credit promised of $942.08 and we were billed this entire amount and were told that our service would be shut off if we did not pay it. I went to the store several times, called Verizon several times and each time they said the matter would be resolved. It was not. Finally, I met the area store manager and he said the matter had been resolved and he promised me full payment within 30 days. after 6 weeks I received a check for $517.08 or $415 less than promised. I went back in and he said the home office representative, Zack Brennan, overrode the full restitution payment and said that the company had made a mistake at the outset and that they would only pay the lesser amount. I tried contacting Mr. Brennan and never heard back from him. What kind of business goes back on promises made several times. I am 71 years old and the company has displayed unfair and deceptive practices and elder abuse from my perspective. They also terminated the individual that initiated the original transaction. Lastly, I received notice from Verizon that they were going to reduce my level of invoice capacity because of this transaction even though I paid the $942.08 and paid the monthly invoice timely every month. I can't make this stuff up. Lastly, I made a formal complaint to the Attorney General's office in Massachusetts! I have kept records and have all documentation to support everything I have written today.
As soon as I can, the four lines that we have on this contract will be changing to a new company based on the improper methods and actions taken by Victra and Verizon. Shameful!

Waited over an hour after being told 25 minute wait while the Verizon techs talked to two customer's about their lives. Complete waste of time.

I spent 2 1/2 hrs with the female employee this morning (completely missed her name. My apologies). She said she works every Sunday morning. She was extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgeable . She made the process of upgrading 2 old phones to new iPhone 16s pretty easy. Thank you!! ?

One star experience, I went there to return a Verizon router and waited for 30 mins to learn that their staff doesn’t have codes needed for the return. It took them more than 30 min to realize that.
An extra star for the manager, as they were welcoming, but it was surprising to see their lack of awareness.

Ally (Allie?? didn’t get the spelling) was super informed, patient, helpful, and kind during my trip there today! Helped many different families alongside my self while being the only employee, keeping everyone informed and the line moving while also giving each customer their undivided attention. Will definitely come back to this location based on their service provided today.

As a 22 year customer, I had an absolute awful experience with Verizon Fios through the app and phone conversations. The corporate communication cancelled my account after I moved then told me, I couldn't have their service at my new house.
Although it took 4 days because of all the corporate mistakes. Allie took care of me and got me everything I needed. Allie was an absolute delight to work with. She handled my situation on her day off, even coming into the shop to provide assistance. it was much appreciated her compassion and her time.

Made an appointment and I showed up and the store was closed at the specified time. Went there a second time and was told "be with you shortly " so I waited while the employee was on his computer and completely ignored me. Very rude and service is extremely bad. Finally walked out and went to Shrewsbury store where I received prompt service. I can tolerate waiting if store if full of customers but there were three employees and only one customer besides me. I don't recommend going to this store. Worst customer experience!!!!

My phone died in the night and I couldn’t get it to reboot. I really needed it for work today. I went to this Verizon in Westboro right when it opened at 9am and Randy fixed it for me within minutes. I’m so appreciative! And thanks for opening at 9! The other stores are 10 and 11 and that’s late when you’re needing help. Thank you!

I went in because the SIM card was no longer being recognized by my phone. While they did resolve the issue, I was told to pay $10 for a new SIM and this was not made clear before it was installed.

Allie was fantastic! I went to upgrade my current Samsung phone. I was in and out of there in about an hour which was amazing. Allie was very nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend going to this Verizon store in Westboro.

Had a great experience switching over my broken phone to the new S24. Curtis was over-the-top helpful and the whole crew there were very personal and kind. Honestly, I will use this as my home store even though I don't live near here. Thanks guys!
