Professional, knowledgeable, and a good negotiator. Matt did an excellent job educating us as first time home buyers and listening to our list of wants; eventually finding us our new home. We placed our home in Southborough for Sale, after the market is almost dead as rates increased 6 times while we were preparing to sell the Home. I don't know how Mathew handled it, we received 3 offers followed by a competing offer and were fortunate to sell the Home in tough times within the 90 day contract we signed up. He was very instrumental in what needs to be updated with little money to meet the latest trends in Homes. They were all minor and had cost us very little. He is very nice to work with in every aspect. I wish him all the best for all his future sales.

We were so fortunate to have Matt’s help when looking for our first home. When we first met Matt, he spent an hour answering our questions, and sharing objective data about how the housing market, different style of houses, what to look for when you are at a viewing; and shared tons of information about comps in the area. He is very patient, detailed orientated, and has thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market.Throughout the last few months, Matt was there for every step of the process from viewing the properties, putting in offers, helping with lenders, attorneys, inspection, and whatnot. We never felt forced to make an offer and get into the bidding war. But when we finally found ‘the’ house, Matt helped put together a competitive yet reasonable offer, assisted with negotiation, and went out of his way to find contractors and even get quotes for us to fix a few things.We now consider Matt as a mentor and friend and would recommend him to our friends and family in a heartbeat!

We interviewed a couple of agents prior to selling our home, and we are very happy we went with Matt. He has a unique data-driven approach and was very on top of the market trends going on at the particular time we listed our house. As he guided us through the process, he backed his recommendations with specific data on buyers, our competition, pricing etc. He basically took care of the process for us, letting us focus on preparing the house for optimal sale. He was great during the negotiations process and we ended up selling our house very quickly and were very happy with that we got for it. We recommend him highly!

We met Matt through our friends who bought houses through him and loved him. Our experience was no different, we bought our first house and 5 years later sold it with his help. He is great and is available for you every step of the way. He knows his stuff and has tremendous research to back his prediction and claims about buying or selling a property. We had a slight complications when we bought our house, but Matt went out if his way to make sure we got the house we wanted. I highly recommend him if you want someone experienced and knows the market.
