Twice now I have shown up during listed business hours and they are closed....it's 11am Sunday and again not open....so please call before you go to store....... don't waste your time or gas.
I hope owner takes this review seriously...... like stated in other reviews.

Subpar service at best. Literally the worst place ever. The people who work here as complete jerks. I would avoid using them at all costs. I’ve never had such terrible customer service. FedEx is a much better place to take your business and just down the road.
Can’t wait for my owner reply calling me a liar/fake and trying to brush off the real problems their location has.

I had such a bizarre customer service experience here. I have worked in retail/customer service for over a decade and I'm not really sure what to say. I went in to send out a gift. I needed it boxed. It seemed from the get-go they were annoyed I was there? I bought a prepackaged card from them and they wouldn't throw away the envelope it came in? The cashier said the manager didn't like when she did it. I mean, you're a UPS store, aren't packing materials and trash involved? It was very confusing. I did notice there were no other trash barrels throughout the store.
My item fit perfectly in the smaller box the cashier brought out, but you could tell the manager was annoyed, she wanted her to use a larger box. She didn't add any other packing materials to protect the item from jostling around despite there being a 1-2 inch space on top. Then, as she was checking me out, she said she "it was too bad she needed to size up on the box because the tape made it thicker." HUH? I needed to get the package out, so I just accepted. Reading other reviews, it seems this store is not customer service-centered and unfortunately have some questionable activities. My mother worked for a UPS store for 10 years and when I told her this story she was shocked. Read the reviews! Their responses to a lot of them show their true colors.

Scam shop tries to get you to buy boxes. States cannot return items in original manufacutre box. Taken by other UPS store. Store 848 reported to UPS and Amazon, hope they change management.

Shockingly they complained to me they only get fifty cents per Amazon return and so they demanded that I pay a repack I fee for my Amazon return (which was already in a closed and taped box) and when I declined they refused to given me back my packaging label. It seems like they are trying to meet a certain metro or get commission, but to the point of being this awful to customer is shameful

It appears this store is owned by the same owners as the UPS store in Natick, and they have similar practices. Trying to upsell products when it is not required for return shipping. I will not give this store my business and recommend anyone reading reviews consider them before choosing this store.

Had a shipment delivered directlyto the store and was forced to pay $12.00 to receive my package even though I already paid the merchant for shipping. I don't appreciate being extorted and will follow-up by filing a complaint to the UPS CEO at corporate.

These people are So rude, miserable with attitude all the time plus they are scammers , you go with the original packaging item to return and they ask about box and they don’t accept it if you don’t buy one from them , all the time something to not accept your package, I have send thousands of products in other ups stores (I am an Amazon seller) and this is the only store that they TRYING always to give you hard time! It’s convenience for the people in the area but a little bit more drive to not give business to this people worth ,believe me!

All information show they open weekdays at 8 am. Went at 8 am and waited until 8:20. Nobody showed up to open the store.

Terrible service. My wife went there with a return from LL Bean, and they wouldn’t take the included return label. We have to print one on our own (I guess that technology doesn’t exist at the store?) they also wouldn’t sell her a plain box or brown wrapping paper to put it in. Thanks for nothing.
