Hey Jessica, I ordered a faucet and soap dish dispenser from you on May 22nd. Unfortunately it could not be installed when our plumber came on Saturday and saw that the faucet which had motion sensor features that needed an electrical outlet under the sink rather than it being battery operated like my existing one. I called on Monday June 3rd and your coworker mentioned that you were off and that she would send you an e-mail regarding the issue and merchandise return. I retuned both items which were never taken out of the box on Tuesday morning June 4th to you and you said not a problem and that my credit card would be credited in the next couple of days. On June 17th I called and left a voice mail at Sink and Spout and did not get a call back. I called again on Wednesday June 19th and left a message with one of your teammates and I ave not heard from you or anyone else to find out why my credit card has not been credited.

We had a wonderful experience at the store. After building an extension we needed to furnish a primary bath and a kid's bath. Jenn Chacharone and Jessica Morais were amazing resources and helped us through the entire process. When we walked in, we had no idea what we needed and Jenn was able to walk us through every detail putting together an amazing package that was more than we had hoped for, including vanities, bath and sink fixtures, toilets, hardware etc. Jenn was also available after the purchase to help troubleshoot any issues that arose and helped to facilitate any communication we needed with the supply. Overall we had an amazing experience from inception through completion!

Drove almost an hour to look at toilets & vanities. Remodeling 2 bathrooms & was in need of everything. Spent a couple hours there picking out things. Never got the quote for the vanity & countertops. Never got a call saying the toilet I ordered was ready. I was told I could order a different toilet handle & she would get me a quote. She never did. When I called she said she would make a phone call & find out how much. Again she never did. Complete waste of my time going there. Highly recommend Signature Kitchen & Bath in Lunenburg. I will never go back to Sink & Spout.

Similar/horrible customer service experience like others. Stopped by on a tue evening and heard one associate talking on the phone. I waited. She said if I didn't have an appointment then she can't help. I said neither the website nor store says appointments only. I had to push her(Jessica) a bit to work with me.We went over a few items that I wanted to order. She was supposed to email me some quotes and lead times on friday that week. I didn't hear back so I called Saturday and was told by another associate I would see something the following week. I waited and stopped by again on tue. We entered the store and like last time no one greeted us. Associates were busy talking to one another. This time the same associate was even more cold(no smile no welcome nada) and said she can't talk till next week. There was another associate next to her who didn't even bother to look at us and say, ok may be i can help for a few minutes.I am remodeling multiple bathrooms....happy to bring my business elsewhere.

We drove there on a Saturday afternoon looking to remodel our two bathrooms. Checked their web site for store hours. Only to find out a sign on the door "By Appointment Only"We and another couple felt the same that we will bring our business elsewhere since they have no decency to inform customers of their appointments only on their web page/.

On our way home from the tile store we popped into the Ultimate Bath and had the good fortune to meet up with April. This is our first bathroom remodel and it's fair to say that we were more than a little overwhelmed by all of the choices available. Thankfully, April is an old pro and understands the options inside and out. We booked an appointment with her for later in the week and within a couple of hours the decisions were made and we left with great confidence in the items we chose. One of the things we really appreciated was that the Ultimate Bath has a wet wall where they can demonstrate a broad range of fixed and hand held shower heads. There is no question that really simplified the process for us. If you're doing a remodel I would strongly encourage you to stop in and see April before trying to wade through the many, many, decisions on your own :)

As the owner of CORE Remodeling Services, we use The Ultimate Bath for all of our bathroom materials and some kitchen materials. Karen and April do a fantastic job for us. I introduce our customers to them, give them the description and budgets for the projects and they always take great care of our customers. If there is ever an issue with a product, they stand behind it with no questions. They are a good partner with our business.

My wife and and I purchased our kitchen cabinets here at the Ultimate Bath Store. The quality of the cabinet was excellent. I highly recommend Woodland cabinets. April worked with us and she did a very nice job. We will be working with her on our bathrooms. Thanks
