This bank is extremely racist I was in there for two hours they attended everyone but me. When it was my turn I asked to speak to the representative kept telling me he wasn’t available I went back the next day they told me the same thing but the representative was seeing other people

The customer service is excellent. It's a quieter branch (before and after COVID) but they are always happy to help. I originally opened my accounts at their bigger branch on Winter Street in Boston and have always found them to be helpful. A few years ago I traveled to another state but didn't alert them of my travel details and tried to use my card. It got declined because of a security measure. They had this rule where you had to alert them that you were traveling outside of your normal area. I called them and their customer service rep was genuinely interested in my concern and was quick to solve it. More recently I needed to change some login information and couldn't do it on the app so I called them and again they were incredibly helpful and personable. THAT's what keeps me coming back - they don't read from scripts. They are genuine, knowledgeable, and personable. That's important.

So disappointed, they certainly made things difficult. I wanted to convert an account held by my daughter and I from a savings to a checking. We have had the account at TD bank for a couple years now. I visited the bank and due to COVID the doors were locked with a note indicating appointment only, ok I get it no problem. The bank is empty (I was standing outside looking in) so I call- but no appointment is available really? Well, okay again it’s last minute I get the person who does the “appointments for super routine things” may not be in, I am instructed to go through the drive through- where I am told all I can do is close the account, take my money, go home, go on line open an account for myself and come back and deposit the money- can TD Bank make it any more difficult? They have all our info and money- so I told them if we close the account I am going to just go open a new one with another bank and the teller said fine with her. Disappointing and I won’t bank there again.

Terrible with unauthorized and unreasonable freezing of the accounts. Very shady practice of handling late, overdraft fees etc.

Great staff and great environment. Amanda Leach not only made me feel welcomed from the second I walked in, but she went above and beyond to make sure that all of my concerns were taken care of and stayed in touch throughout the whole process. Definitely looking forward to be banking with them in the future.

I had overdraft protection until they thought it would be more profitable to charge me $140 in fees over two days. They then backdated documentation to suggest I had signed up to "allow overdraft." Seriously sleazy sketchy bank / branch. Closed account. I do not recommend.

I have a very bad reference from this agency, on 07/06/2017, I had to make a deposit, I went to a female operator in the cashier, the operator seeing that I did not have a command of the English language, she disbanded me and my wife, even with google Translator as an aid, together with other officials, including the manager, I was mocked laugh super high, was with my wife, humiliated us for being Latin, finally after so much shame, I was without action, made my deposit after much laughter Of me and my wife, I found a lack of respect I am a customer like any other, I do not indicate this agency, and neither this bank, officials without respect, a horrible experience

Customer service is horrible. Branch manager Jeff does not find it important enough to return customers phone calls and emails.
