Staples saved me when VistaPrint failed to ship my product. They were able to honor a same-day pick-up for my order even though I made it after noon. I was also surprised at how affordable they were.

Always pleasant employees quick to help. Store is always clean and well-stocked. Not the closest store to where I live, but will drive the extra miles to shop there.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing truly exceptional customer service from Sabrina at Staples (westborough). Her dedication to going above and beyond the call of duty was evident from the moment I reached out for assistance. Not only did she demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills, but she also exhibited a genuine commitment to finding a superior solution tailored to help me and my daughter. What truly impressed me was her meticulous attention to detail throughout the entire process, ensuring every aspect of my experience was nothing short of outstanding. I highly commend Sabrina for setting a remarkable standard in customer service excellence. She is a wonderful asset to the team.

I want to add 5 stars for Brayan for his exceptional customer service. He did awesome job to help me with the passport pic issue and was very helpful. He did over and beyond for the customer will definitely recommend more employees like Brayan in staples store. Thanks once again!

do you not waste your time going to the s******* store. will be surprised if they're not out of business soon that is why they are always empty. not only do they send you to the wrong counter when you're shipping an item they don't even ship for amazon ups! but yet they have the ups sign up there loud and proud. they also do not recycle items that they tell you on the phone they recycle. He tells me they have nowhere to put it! I know where we can put it. Up your big empty store! You have a whole store and you have nowhere to put it Go down the street 5 minutes to the ups store near burlington coat factory to ship items. They actually ship stuff in a minute. You can grab something from Chick-fil-A while you're there they have the best market salad. Go somewhere else to recycle your items and buy any office supplies unless you want to waste 30 minutes of your life in a store that does nothing.

Didn't think I would be writing a review Staples, but the Printing Services team deserve 5 stars! Can't say much about the rest of the store.There were some issues with my order submission (no fault of the team, something up with the website) -- but they were great in helping me sort it out and made sure the my print order was adjust and cut to look its best (despite my poor submission skills)I can't remember the lady's name who helped me, but she was incredibly friendly and professional. I watched them assist other customers as well, and they always spoke courteously, taking the time to explain and help. Very attentive and good work ethic!

Recently used the Print and Marketing services at the Westborough Staples for a mildly complex business order. Unfortunately, the order was done incorrectly. FORTUNATELY, this Staples has the smarts to have Sabrina on the team. Sabrina was amazing! Even though she hadn't produced the order, she took on the responsibility of being sure she KNEW what I wanted, and then getting the order done correctly herself. She then proactively went above and beyond and got the order to me within about an hour without my needing to ask for her to do that. She continued to provide great customer service by taking the initiative to handle the billing for this order so that it came out to my benefit, again without my asking for this. Without a doubt, a superstar in book! - Which may seem to run downhill from her manager, Heather, whom I also spoke with throughout this process. She seems to be another superstar by enabling her employees to do these kinds of things. These are the types of skills that can't be trained. I hope Staples is smart enough to do what it takes to keep these two on board!

I needed to print a pdf file. Unfortunately, I am computer illiterate. Bryan went out of his way to help me. He patiently explained the steps to me. Staples in Westborough is now my go to store. Please give that young man a raise!

When you Google TV recycle in Westborough .. This Staples address comes up..Their website also says bring all the electronics for recycling .. and then when you ask employees working there.. they say except TV they can take all other electronics item for recycling...

I worked with Marv in the printing department for a less than 24 hour turn around on a 2,500 copy job. He was aces. He was VERY professional, helpful, and there to answer any questions. He was able to confirm prices, and was happy to help with the urgent print job. We are confident that we will be using Staples Westborough in the future and will request Marv specifically.
