Zero stars!!!The union has a vacation fund set up where twice a year we get a vacation ck depending on how many hours accumulated and the cks are written thru Santander which I don’t have an account at and usually it’s a $7.00 fee which is a typical fee at most banks for a punishment of not banking with them so it’s Friday and leaving tomorrow on Vacation and I give them the check and my id and tell her I don’t have an account and slides everything back and says we don’t cash cks anymore for non customers!! R u serious on a check written on a Santander bank ck it’s verifiable instantly if the money is there,well we can open you an account!! No thanks and put everyone I write a check to thru this hoop no thanks

Excellent customer service, excellent team. We've been banking with the Westborough branch for about 15 years, and while some of the people have changed, we're still very happy with the service and support that the whole team provides us.

I have tried for two days in a row to open an account , instead i have found “The branch Manager igor, “ very rude , disrespected , unprofessional refused to serve me and my family. How sad! Used to be legendary service now down to toilet thanks to Igor ..

I just come here to say thank you very much for all the assistance that our body shop has been receiving with all the care from the entire bank team; it is very professional; during two years, I have never seen any employee without being able to solve my problems, and never anyone in a bad mood, always kind and that's wonderful.

I am writing this review to bring this to your attention that Shazia Tariq in this branch does not behave properly with customers. I am an existing customer since last 6 years. I recently visited Westboro to deposit my work check and when I asked her to print me a direct deposit form , she looked at me weirdly. And rudely gave me the blank form and asked if this was my first job and excused herself to go to the teller side . I am very annoyed with her behavior. My impression of Santander hirinv skillful employees has been tarnished and I am now concerned about how my accounts ard being managed . I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further , as this is not the first time I have expwrirnced this attitude from her. I look forward to hearinv from you.

Her name is Leeha I had an appointment with her, me and my husband and she was so rude and she Han no experience and she promised us to call us but she didn’t so don’t do that anymore even our case not approved so you have to call us same you promised , zero star

I’ve been going to this bench for over 20 years. The names and institutions have changed so many times. The only constant is Marie. She’s simply the best. She provides you with excellent service, knowledgeable and thorough!!! Highly recommend.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Went there without an appointment to get documents notarized, staff squeezed me on the same day. Marco did some thorough research (checking with his manager to confirm) and called me back what to do so I don’t waste time at the branch.They really care about customers and their time. Santander Block my account for an unknown reason. Went to the Northboro branch and they wanted me to go to the Westboro, Branch I called Westboro and they could no help me. They sent me to the fraud department and it is ringing for 15 minutes and there is no answer. . Not Happy.
