Horrible experience with this company. Dealt with Mike McCormack and took MONTHS (I am not joking) to get responses to simple questions. No one in the company takes any initiative to get back to you from the agent to the loan originator. They offer no help or advice in regards to doing things better to make it easier to get approved. Truly an awful experience and will never recommend to anyone. Having done deals with multiple mortgage companies in the past, this is probably the worst one.

Exceptional, kind and professional service! This is my second refinance with Ross. They are so quick and super responsive. I felt very comfortable, relaxed and informed through the entire process which can seem scary at first but they alleviate that right away. They are very patient if you have questions and are so pleasant when speaking on the phone and through emails, it feels like you are talking to a good friend. Would highly recommend this company!!
