The staff at PR running were incredibly helpful and patient. I had to go in due to a plantar fasciitis diagnosis and had to bring my 3 young children. The staff was outstanding. They helped me find sneakers that are already helping my heel. They also were so kind in dealing with my three extra energetic children. We left a toy behind (I wasn't aware at the time) and I got a phone call, after they had closed, to let me know that they had the toy and set it aside for us. It was one of the nicest things a business has ever done. I could not recommend a business more.

I came here yesterday with my partner and we both bought Brooks. The two gentlemen that were there were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They even directed me to some sale shoes to try and save me some money, which I greatly appreciated. There is so much that goes into finding a pair of running shoes that people don’t realize, and this store knows it - they actually will watch your gait as you walk and determine what kind of shoe you need based on the height of your arch. I was thoroughly impressed and will be back next time I need athletic shoes.

They have a great selection of running short. They have employees that fit and suggest shoes. I am hard to fit. They had 4E with.

I bought a pair of Hokas here. Staff is very knowledgeable and will let you try on as many athletic shoes as you want.

I ran my first 10K on Labor Day. I'm new to running and to help choose the correct style shoe to give me the best comfort/performance Rich from PR Running had me walk to analyze what type of running shoe that would best fit me. Very professional and educational. I will go back again for my next pair. Thank you again!

After developing some pain in my big toe, I took my doctors advice and went over to PR Running. The knowledgeable staff questioned me about my activity level watched my gate listen to me regarding my concerns, then brought out at least five or six pairs of sneakers for me to try on and SUCCESS! The very first day back out on the rail trail I was able to come home with little to no pain... :) Thank you- thank you!

My family has purchased three pairs of shoes here. Each of has different needs, habits, preferences, etc. Staff never try to upsell and really listen. They're very knowledgeable about different brands and are upfront about what styles/colors may only be available online. We'll be back again.

I love it here. They helped me figure out a while back that I pronate - no way I'd get that advice if I bought on Amazon. Super helpful people (shout out to Anne!) and just very kind and welcoming to beginners and pros alike. Brought my daughter here too when she started track. ?♀️

I only buy my sneakers here. Always great service and advice. Best of all, they never rush you. Today I bought a new pair of Hoka Bondi's. Even though I bought that brand before, Cam took his time and made sure the fit was right. Going back next month when some other brand's new model is coming out (I love Hoka but would like to try a diff brand for my 2nd pair).

PR Running is the only place I will buy my running shoes. I purchased my first pair of running shoes from them. The sales group is very knowledgeable and takes the time to fit you into the right shoe. They are not there just to make a sale.This was my second time buying shoes from them. I brought my first pair in so they can look at how they have worn. From this they were able to see how my foot makes contact with the ground and fit me with a different supporting shoe to train my feet to track straight.I found this store by accident and I am glad I did.

Bought my walking shoes here last year. They helped me figure out what the right shoe for my style of walking which was based off of the sole of my shoes. Very helpful

Absolutely amazing customer service. They watch you walk or run and recommend a bunch of sneakers and you compare & contrast. The staff is so knowledgeable.
