“The few times I've been in recently (including ~3pm 08/23/23), there has been an extremely helpful and kind woman working. My experiences have been pleasant visiting the post office, which is not always the case!”

25 Church St, Hudson“I’m not a fan of most post offices but Fran made the experience very enjoyable. She’s incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ll continue to use this post office moving forward.”
“Chuck, Gina and Natalie make up the best post office team I've ever personally dealt with. They should be the standard of how USPS post office should run. Everything from personality, knowledgeable about products and services, to just bring great people willing to help! Thank you guys for being the best! Other offices should take note.”
“My fiancé and I had an amazing experience with Jenna! We were going to send out passport renewal form and she guided us through the process so much. We appreciated her help! She made the whole transaction so relaxing. Please give her some good praise for this as she is an outstanding employee and you should be proud to have her working there!”
“Excellent service! I was a few minutes late after the office closed on a Saturday afternoon. Not knowing what to do with the package and preprinted label I checked with an employee who was still outside. She went above and beyond her duty, went back in and got me the address label pocket for me to put the label on and showed me where to drop the package. Highly recommended!”
“The people are pleasant and the space is clean and organized. Not a big line either. They must pay these folks a lot because they're always happy and helpful!”
“Good, old fashioned, and small-town post office vibes. Great service and always greeted with a smile and pleasant attitudes. Love my post office and all the good people working there!”
“Please talk to your staff about professionalism with clientele who may have disabilities that aren't noticeable. ADA discrimination policies should be addressed, and if someone says they can not read a document, it is extremely rude to reply to that person who is legally blind "Oh you REALLY can't see." Thank you.”

194 Main St, Shrewsbury“Received an email telling me the package I sent to my aunt a week ago was being held at the post office for pickup. Not sure why; I called the post office this morning and talked to the nicest woman who found the package and assured me it would be delivered today. That is service with a happy ending for everyone! Thank you.”
“Carlos stayed late in order to facilitate a package, and despite the fact that it ran late he provided excellent customer service and spent the time to determine the correct way of shipping our package. We feel awful, but it was an amazing experience”
“I've used this location for years & got to know the counter people. No one knows the abuse they take from the public when you're not there. I'm always treated with respect, friendliness & expediency. I can make them smile with a funny phrase or a compliment out of the blue if thats what's needed when I don't see any smiles. Patrons take their bad days out on the people behind the counter. You prob'ly won't see that happen, but it happens alot. Dave keeps his smile in his pocket, but its there if you gave a compliment once in awhile, even if its a struggle to do so. Working the public is a thankless job, add the pandemic, short staffing, standing for 7 hours, combating personal problems, disgruntled patrons & morning smiles wane quickly. If you want a smile & friendly greeting, go meet the ice cream truck when you hear their tune. Try Initiating a smile or a kind word & don't expect anything. But you will have made a difference to someone who may need it...just like you do.”
