Positives:
1. Value for money housing and access to highway and key supermarkets.
2. Spacious open places and good amenities well maintained, Parking and secure nibhours.
3. Humberto and joe operations team does a good job supporting any breakdowns or repairs.
4. Office team is supportive.
Need Improvement:
1. Pest like roches and mice are challenging however they do pest treatment any number of time you ask for but no Improvement will happen.
2. Floor with carpets will stink despite of repeat cleaning and treatment.

I've been living here for 5 years and it's a good place, it's also near to downtown and route 9, free heat, nice and clean pool, well kept playground. Every time I had an issue regarding my apartment the staff promptly helped me. Keep in mind that the other reviews are from an year ago or older, so most of these problems were solved. Kudos to Humberto and Jovanne!

I recently moved into my new apartment and I couldn't be happier! The location is fantastic, with plenty of stores, restaurants, and parks nearby. The amenities are great, including a gym, a pool area, and a playground. And the interior has been beautifully redone and is filled with plenty of natural light from the sliding door and big open windows, which we absolutely love (and it saves on electricity)!
I have to give a special shoutout to the property manager, Leanne, who has been incredible throughout the entire process. She was always available to call or email if I had any questions and provided exceptional support every step of the way. Highly recommend this place!

Had an issue with my bathroom and Humberto fixed and organized everything quickly. He got a plumber on a holiday weekend and then had my bathroom cleaned. He along with the rest of the maintenance staff are great!!

I couldn't be happier with my results with management, especially in stressful situations such as moving into a new apartment. Finding a service that cares about your time and experience is uncommon. Leanne, the office manager, took care of this, professionally and efficiently. The digital signing of contracts using today's technology was smooth and time-saving; overall, the experience with the staff and apartment complex has been exceptional. Thank you for a job well done!
