“I had en excellent experience with Nal's Paint Center. I had a contractor that is no longer in business paint my living room a few years back and now needed to do some touch ups. I did not have the Benjamin Moore color for this room, but was fairly sure it came from Nal's. I went to the store and explained the situation to them. At first they could not find the information needed to determine which paint color was used. They advised that if I could bring bring a small piece of the paint they would be able to match. I did so, and by the time I went back that afternoon they told me they kept looking for my information and found the exact date and colors of the original work that was done. We matched my paint chips to the color they had on record and now my living room touch up's blend in perfectly with the original paint. I thought this was great Customer Service, and really demonstrated a willingness to make the extra effort to help solve the problem. Going forward I will use Nal's for all my painting needs.”

“My husband and I were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. I only said a few words and the manager Bryan instantly knew what paint I needed. Having someone at this location that is bilingual is a plus. My husband’s first language is Spanish, and the manager and him communicated efficiently and got exactly what I needed for my home project. Kudos to this local store for the attentivess and knowledge.”

“We spent 12 hours painting our bedroom(primer, then paint). It was not easy, it was hard work due to how the room is set up. We had started the paint once the sun started to set.. I told my husband I didn't love the color and it looked nothing like the swatch. Thought maybe once it dried, it would look better. The next morning, once the paint was dried and the sun was up we realized something wasn't right. Only now just realized that THE GUY GAVE US THE WRONG COLOR. We asked for High Park and were given Liberty Park. I guess maybe it's partially our fault for just trusting him and not double checking? But it's not like he asked us if it was the right color when he gave it to us (like they usually do at Lowe's).Livid is an understatement. I'm crushed as I have back issues and this was not an easy task for us. I'm updating this review to 4 stars because Tyler was nice enough to offer us a new can of paint in the correct color. He was very nice and although I'm extremely disappointed, he was super helpful and I'm VERY thankful! I'm glad he was there today, as he was very apologetic.(The color around the plug is the color we wanted, the pea green color is what we were given initially)”
