Our daughter has been attending NGCC for almost a year now and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff and program. Their hours are very flexible (which was essential for us) and they have treated our last two snow days extremely cautiously and fairly (half days!!! thank you!!!) which is essential for working parents. All the staff know daughter by name (not just her classroom teachers!) and greet her happily every day. She has learned so much and the daily communication through their app, including pictures, really makes me feel as I am connected to her even when we are away. She has learned so much and is always happy to go to "school" and see her teachers and friends. The directors are extremely responsive and always willing to help with whatever you need. Highly recommend NGCC!

We have been a Next Generation family for the last 5 years, starting in Walpole and then recently transferring to Westborough for the beginning of this school year. We could not be happier with our experience in Westborough so far - our children are happy, loved and well cared for. They have so much fun each day and talk about their teachers and friends all the time at home! We are so happy with our school!

This facility has 0 idea how to handle situations. Need to have their staff better trained and cut out the favoritism. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I’ve been part of the NGCC family for the past 10 years, first with my daughter and now with my son. I’ve always felt comfortable leaving my children in their care. All of the teachers we’ve had have all been wonderful with children, seem to enjoy their jobs, and create great lesson plans that result in imaginative projects for the kids to bring home. The management and front office staff are also great - they know each of the children by name and greet them cheerfully each morning. Both of my kids love being there and I couldn’t be happier.

My daughter started here when she was 14 months old in 2019 and it has been an absolutely incredible journey. This daycare is very spacious (different from other daycares), lot of indoor play area and very clean. The management is really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment. Every morning and evening its good to see the folks at front desk greet with love. The teachers are caring and friendly. The teachers provide personal care and attention in child's eating (veggies and fruits), learning and development. They give a quick brief of the day at pickup every single day. I like how they build a caring environment among kids for sharing toys, interacting politely and giving hugs. I'm glad this daycare has worked out beautifully for my daughter and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality and safety.

My Child started her day care at NGCC when she was 18 months old. I believe she is having a great time with the teachers and her friends. She loves to go to day care every day. Everyday she has fun filled stories to share. The care they provide, teaching sessions during the pre school above all the focus of good behavior and habits keeps me comforted that my child is in good hands. The way she communicates with the staff and how the staff treat her amazes me. She has the confidence and individuality which is admired by the team. I must say I give the credit to the loving and caring staff.

My son goes to NCGG Westborough for almost two years. He loves to go to the center and has a good time with the teachers/his friends.First, everything is well-organized at the center, even during the covid pandemic. They follow the ECC guidelines. The student-teacher ratio is good, and they provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks, which is very convenient for working parents. Nice playground. The tuition is reasonable given the living expense of Westborough. Second, the teachers (Marissa, Liz, and Greg) we have been with are very caring, passionate, and professional. The teachers paid a lot of attention to my son (especially when he has eczema and seasonal allergy) and helped him develop his social/language/motor skills. My son mentioned that he would go to NGCC and stay with Mr. Greg forever. Third, the pre-k curriculum gets my son ready for his kindergarten. I can tell that the teachers and the center put a lot of effort. Overall, we like this daycare center and are so glad that we picked this school.

The teachers and staff at NGCC are awesome! We entertained a number of daycares in the area but ultimately landed with NGCC. The positive experience has been continuous throughout our journey with NGCC. The team at NGCC went above and beyond in spending time with us to ensure all of our questions were answered prior to enrolling. The onboarding process was smooth. NGCC has a good system around communication and providing insight into the care our daughter is getting. I feel there is a genuine interest and care for both the kids and parents well being.

Having to leave my only child for the first time was hard enough!! But the staff at NGCC in Westborough immediately put me at ease. She started there at 12 weeks old and they encouraged me to call with questions or concerns, or simply to check in on her day. She continued at the center through Pre-K, and was not only fully prepared for kindergarten, but also so curious about learning, all thanks to the amazing teachers at NGCC. The administration there was incredibly responsive, helpful, and caring of each child. They greet each child by name when they arrive!! My daughter often wanted to stop by the front desk on her way out to relay a story about her day, and the staff was so accommodating and doting. I found NGCC to be a warm and comforting environment, and was put at ease by the security measures they had in place to protect my child. The most important thing was that she feel comfortable there, and the amazing administration at NGCC made that a reality. I am so grateful that I was able to give her that social experience!!

Bringing our children to next generation children’s center of westborough has been the greatest decision we have made for their child care. I know that when we drop them off that they are closely monitored, learning new things daily and having fun all at the same time. The staff are always friendly and available to check in with. I feel comfortable and confident that our children are in good hands when they are at school.

Our son went to Next Generations Children’s Center starting at 18 months and we loved everything about this center. The teachers are absolutely wonderful. If you are looking for a child care center where the teachers and administration truly care about your child, then this is the place you are looking for. We can’t recommend them enough. Absolutely wonderful center, very caring and professional staff and our son truly loved being there so much! Our son was very prepared for Kindergarten through his experience here, and we’ve made life long friends through Next Generations!

We love this daycare. This is the second location we have attended, only leaving the first due to moving to a new town. The (Westborough) Next Generation Children’s Center is excellent. Our baby loves arriving to school and loves his teachers. The daycare program keeps him active, well fed, well rested, and a happy baby. It’s a relief he is socializing at a time where it could be difficult for kids/baby’s to do so. If there are concerns we are alerted immediately and we get updated throughout his entire day about his entire day. There is a newsletter that goes out each month with activities for the baby’s/kids, and events for parents to attend as well. I wouldn’t pick another school over this one as his time here has only proven how well he does. Highly recommend!
