Bob Resker and his team are phenomenal. They shipped an antique pastel painting (framed and under glass) and Morris chair, both of which arrived in perfect order. The crating must be seen to be believed.Communication along the way was extremely prompt. Pickup and delivery were on time and as promised.Do not search further, Bob is your answer and worth every penny.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. From the very beginning to the end, Bob Resker was extremely unprofessional. After our first call, I followed up with an email correspondence as he had asked with the information necessary to ship my gaming pc from Westborough, MA to the Midwest. He did not respond for weeks on end, and upon calling him once more he indicated that he "did not think I was really serious about the job". Attached below are photos of my pc before and after the shipping process, after which he denied any responsibility for the damage and refused a refund, accused me of "trying to fleece him," and indicating that "we have no way of knowing what condition the internal components are in prior to shipping". My repairs will be upward of $800, on top of the $250 I paid for "specialized shipping." Specialized shipping my a**. I probably could have achieved the same result throwing it in a box myself and sending it through a postal service for half the price.

Bob and team were just great. I had a small job but you wouldn't know it by the care, extra effort, and handling of my shipment. I had what ended up to be 2 pallets of mostly irreplaceable stuff, which arrived with extra careful packaging and entirely undamaged despite my haphazard packing. Just be warned, Bob has a ‘Maine' sense of humor, so his deadpan delivery can be very convincing. I've moved a few dozen times, and they were much better than any moving company I've dealt with. I highly recommend.

The crew at Navis and the owner Bob are friendly, professional, very careful, communicative, and helpful. I had a great experience working with them. Their location is convenient and easy to get to from right off Route 9. I appreciated their expertise in helping me with a cross-country move.
