I have always looked at Napa as the upper end of car parts and have been going there for years. The staff in Westboro is gr8 and knowledgeable. My beef is with parts quality. I bought a brake caliper 5 years ago and it seized up and they replaced it under warranty. The warranty replacement in my mind was nothing short of Chinese manufacturing BC. In a short period of time the paint flakes off (not a biggie) but I replaced my rotors n pads and had to bleed them. The bleeder screw looked very suspect, unlike the original bleeder valves on the other calipers. I sprayed with liquid wrench and tried turning the valve and it immediately snapped off. I have been doing brakes since i was a kid and this NEVER happened. Now i am in a dilemma AGAIN. The way these things are packaged, u think your getting good quality but think again!

Shedd, Maryjean Mon, May 8, 4:00PM to me I just needed to alert you to the EXCELLENT customer service I received on May 3rd, 2023. I needed help with a tail light question. The young man who assisted me, was working during my lunch about 12:00ish. He was so nice and courteous, he came outside to investigate my tail light and found the exact light, and even suggested the Mobile Station down the street, who fixed the issue for me, all within my 1 hour lunch time. I really feel he is an asset to your organization and wanted to say how nice he was especially for being so young. The professionalism and courtesy he gave me was much appreciated. Thank you, MJ

Totally ripped off yesterday, could have save $30 buying oil in a different volume format. I had always had great help and service at the Westboro NAPA until yesterday. Car needed oil, they were close, I was late meeting someone so ran in and bought a 6 pack of 0W20 I didn't notice any price on the display. When I got to the register, Rob rang up the sale & I questioned the price, it seemed high. I had seen the price for a single quart. I specifically asked about a discount for buying more, Rob assured me it was cheaper to buy more. What he didn't tell me was in the format I was purchasing it wasn't cheaper it was the same price as buying individual quarts. So I learned my lesson make sure you ask explicit questions or avoid Rob. I'll try to stick to the younger kids in the future more helpful.

I had to replace all my wipes front and back. And an employee of Napa literally came out with me and replaced all of my old wipers. Now that's excellent customer service!!!

They declined to accept the used oil for disposal w/o purchase of the new oil. I believe it is against the federal and MA regulations

Westborough NAPA will be my go to auto part store from now on. The manager, Aaron, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Apparently my unusual problem was very complicated since wherever I went before, no one had been able to figure it out. I won’t bore you with the details. Aaron took the time and did a thorough research on all possible options and found the best solution for my car. It saved me money and time. I’m very grateful.

Stopped there after work today, explained I was on a budget. The two guys who helped me went above and beyond. Im not a car person so I didn't know much. They sold me the part I needed and showed me how to install it myself. You can't beat that kind of service.

Awesome customer service! I wish that I would have gotten the name of the gentleman who helped me with my problem. I went in there totally convinced that they had sold me the wrong headlight because it didn't fit - only to find out that it was operator error on my part. And then - he came outside and installed it for me! He definitely went above and beyond. I know where I'll be going for all of my car care needs from now on! Thank you so much.
