Went to purchase Max Green fertilizer recently. The bags were covered in mouse excrement. I brought this to the attention of an associate, and his reply was ‘we have a mouse problem’. He did not offer to clean off or provided a clean bag of fertilizer. He just confirmed what I already knew. Gross!

We have had great experiences with the gentlemen staffing the decking supply area. Both Zach and Jamie were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They even managed to keep smiles on their faces when it was apparent the store was woefully under-staffed. Many thanks!

This is our neighborhood. Lowe's come here often. In the recent past, employees have not been helpful. As of the visit today, the store has a massive mouse/rat problem to where many items were covered in mouse, rat, urine and feces nobody's taking care of it. It smells like urine in some of the seasonal aisles. Really disheartening

Sales people are good, but all Manger and customer service team have attitude and not trained on what to do. They lost $4700 sale in one day from one customer because of how they are, I won't be surprised if they lost more business from other customers.

I stopped in at 6p, right from work. If I didn't need the item I purchased for work tomorrow, I would have walked out to go somewhere else. I hate self checkout, and I had no choice, but I will never go back to any Lowe's again!

Lowes removed the return policy from the receipt a year ago and only have a tiny sign posted at the return desk . If you are buying something expensive make sure you know the policy before buying it varies by product and is totally loaded In thier favor . They will stick to this policy like glue and act like you should know it and shame on you for not . The policy for lawn equipment and appliance should be posted large in the department but conveniently it isn’t . I’m a contractor and spend 100k annual at this store and flunky night manger gave me rude attitude like he is the lowes hero . In actuality he is a zero . I’m driving an extra 1.5 miles to orange land whos pro desk has been begging me for my buisness and finally will get it . Will drive 100 miles before going back to this store . Great job flunky manager and attitude boy cashier maybe this review will get you that $.50 raise you’ve been drooling over

Staff is great and as helpful as they can be, very limited selection of many common items needed by contractors, probably fine for average home owners

I’ve visited Westborough Lowe’s so many times! We’re in a bathroom renovation process, visiting there frequently and we’ve had good experiences there recently! I went to pick some hangers and I think the employee’s name was Ryan who has provided excellent advice on selecting the right materials for installing hooks into the tiles, which our contractor confirmed were exactly what was needed. And another day Ali assisted me in repurchasing the materials that I picked wrong and facilitated the return process, ensured me completed my shopping quickly and made it to my destination on time. I’ve had a couple more purchases in store and the personnel was always nice and helpful!

Ordered for pick up. When I got the email it was ready didn't realize I had to check in twice. (Emai & app). Got lectured by the woman at the desk. Not cool. Not nice. Rude.

When I went to Lowe’s in Westborough, to make copies of my keys, I was warmly greeted by a store associate named Nirmala, who kindly helped me and made the process very pleasant. It’s really great to meet store associates who are so sincerely interested in being kind and helping customers.
