The service manager told me that the repairs would be covered under my extended warranty after I gave him my plate number and mileage. After I dropped off my car I was told that the warranty has expired and I would be responsible for the repairs. I just picked up the car and they still charged me 199. for the estimate. Mind you, I bought my QX50 and always serviced it there. I will never do business with any of Herb Chambers dealerships again.

I bought a new Infinity QX60 back in April. I'm very happy with the vehicle but not the dealership. The salesman was very nice and informative. The process went relatively smooth. The issue I have with this dealership is when we were negotiating the trade in. My vehicle had 111,000 miles. I was offered a lot less than I was anticipating so the salesman had the general manager come in to explain the offer. I was told that because my car had over a 100,000 miles they could not resell it on their lot, it had to go to auction. the reason is that finance companies will not finance anything over 100,000 miles and he showed me a list of cars similar to mine that were sold at auction that were close to the offer. He even said they would be taking a loss but we're willing to do it to make a sale. They came up a bit on the trade in so we took the deal. About a month later I was curious on what they did with my old car. I looked on their website under used cars and there was my old car listed for sale in their lot for $5000 over what they gave me for the trade in. I am not upset that they were trying to make money, I am upset because I negotiated in good faith and they did not. They outright lied to me. I emailed the salesman to express my disappointment and I never received a response. Since that purchase, I bought a new truck and Will be purchasing another in a few weeks. Herb Chambers also has a ford dealership right next door to their Infinity dealership and I would have bought both of my business vehicles from them if it were not for the experience I had. I am a loyal customer and like to do business with the same companies. But only if those companies operate with the same sense of loyalty. Lesson learned.

Terrible dealership with pushy sales people. Picked up my "new" car and it smelled like someone had been smoking inside and there was 130 miles on it already. They refused to renegotiate price or give money for miles already driven on the car. They are very sleazy.

Bought a Certified PreOwned Qx80 car here 5 months ago and just took it for a wheel rotation and the garage I took it to told me 2 tires needed to be replaced. I was in shock, ..I only drove it 5000 miles - what about that 167 point inspection. After bringing this to Herb Chamber's attention and multiple emails and discussions (mostly me calling them without a return call), they said they could have done something only if I had brought it to them and not to an "unreputable place' to get checked out. I think Herb Chambers need some lessons on customer service!! I will take my business elsewhere in the future and tell my friends and family the same.

I'm not particularly pleased with this bullshit "waste disposal fee" that they add to every bill, whether or not they actually have any waste to dispose of. They say it is government mandated, but other dealerships don't charge such a fee. I guess all good things must come to an end.

drove all the way to the dealership after an 8 hour shift to look at a vehicle (Saturday). although they were generally nice people, I do not particularly care for how the matter ended. basically as we all know at the end of the month dealerships are trying to meet their quota (which is their problem not the customers). went to see an used vehicle that I was very interested in, and they seemed more interested in having me make a decision the other night as the following day was the 31st. I was happy with the price but wanted to take the night to let it marinate and told them I would be in touch today (Sunday) . went to work this morning and emailed them around 7am expressing my interest in purchasing the vehicle. was told that I had to come in today to finalized everything; which I could not do as I was at work until 3:30pm (and what bank is open on sundays.). I was told they couldn't hold the vehicle and that if It was still available on Monday they would let me know. i responded to the email and asked if I could make a deposit to hold the vehicle? I was told by the manager that they do not take deposits on used vehicles. he then calls me and says the same thing. my question to him was why wasn't I told that Saturday evening when I was there? his response was that we didn't make it that far because I wanted to thinking about it. I think that is BS as they let me walk out of there after I told them I wanted to sleep on it and I would get back to them. clearly they are only concerned about making the end of the month quota. he then proceeded to tell me that I could have written a personal check or financed. first of all who carries their checkbook with them these days - and wouldn't use a personal check for a $40,000.00+ purchase. secondly, I had no intentions on financing through the dealership so that they could get the chargeback. thirdly, I had the money in place through my bank but as i stated earlier what bank is open on Sunday? annoyed that I worked an 8 hour shift, drove 53 minutes to the dealership, to fall in love with the vehicle to have imperative information withheld from me only because I didn't sign right then and there on Saturday. they could have held the car if they really wanted too and they clearly didn't and was just being insensitive and unprofessional . But they had no problem on Saturday when I was there doing a loud song and dance in front of us, stating how they sold all the cars and they were only getting 10 in the month (august) then while at work at 2pm received an email that the vehicle was sold. I had been looking for months for this vehicle, within this price range and with the low mileage and they only cared about the fact that Sunday was the 31st.

After Infiniti bailed out in their warrant obligation, I bailed out on my lease early. I had to eat the remaining payments on the lease but that was better then putting everyone in my vehicle and on the road at risk. Turned in my wife's infinity at the lease end as well. We both leased Jeep Gran Cherokee's. My Jeep is almost three years old and hers a year. Great vehicles, great sales and service team.

i don't know if I need to sue these clowns after what was supposed to be a regular oil change that turned into my wife's car barely able to drive now. Took it for an oil change yesterday and left dealership to Shortly after realizing that the car could barely move and kept jerking. Called the rep Matthew, arrogant dude who said "well check engine light was on So car was bad when I brought it" no qualms couldn't drive it so towed it to dealership today only to be told by the clown that I have to pay the $200 diagnostic before they can do anything. So I asked for a manager, lord I was better off with the first clown cause these goofball rob made matters worst even after explaining that my wife and one week old child were in car when it was acting up. Long story short I got escorted out and had to tow my car to my mechanic. Do yourselves a favor and skip these dudes better if you don't want to get ripped off and screwed at same time. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. ZERO!!!!!! Utter shame

Run, do not walk away from this dealership. I bought my Infiniti from Herb Chambers and will not consider ever going back. I brought mr 2012 in for specific service and specified to not change the oil since it had been done the previous week. The oil was changed regardless. The oil charge was removed from the bill but I Was charged for disposal of fluid. I did not want new wipers replaced but they were and I was charged. I received an estimate for exhaust repair of over $3000. I had it done locally for $570. I called the service rep and supervisor to complain and did not receive the courtesy of a call back. Arrogance personifie. Look at the other one star reviews for this company and be warned!

I got the absolute worst service and treatment ever. They charged me $3000 for the cheapest tires, an exhaust issue, and to diagnose a computer issue which they quoted me would be over $4000 to fix. Then they told me it could be up to $11,000 to fix this computer issue on my 2008 Infiniti which had 230,000 miles on it. This was after they had told me they would get right back to me and was on the 3rd business day and ME calling THEM every time. Fast forward to the 4th day when I go pick it up and somehow the bill is exactly $3000. I pick up and jump in my car, which I have a device to blow into from a previous OUI. They set my device in violation mode and Rob tells me "we didn't do anything wrong". It only cost $65 for ME. in the meantime while sitting there in Ferdy's office, Rob tells me to pay for it. To make a long story short, I pull out of there and take to a local and the job should have been about half of that. Fast forward about a week after sending out reviews and returning emails, my back right brand new tire has to be filled every 5 days or so with air and the exhaust may be the loudest car on the road. While hearing from a HR person Daisy AND the GM and letting them know my issue, never heard back from them once; and it will be 2 months next week. I have since junked the car. Will never step foot on a Herb Chambers property again. If it had a zero rating, that would be the box to check! MIKE H

This is a review for the sales department. My husband and I worked with Harvin in the purchasing our new car. Harvin was friendly and personable (not overwhelming and pushy like many salespeople we have worked with before). After the purchase of our car he was still responsive with our needs after the fact. Overall we had a good experience with this dealership (1 week in) besides some minor less pleasant interactions with other team members I would definitely use this dealership again.

I just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Westborough Infiniti with the assistance of my sales advisor Henry. Given the COVID environment I wanted a sales process that felt safe, efficient and minimized the need for me to be inside at the dealership. While I tried to minimize indoor time, when this was necessary, the building was very clean and spacious with plenty of room for social distance. All employees wore masks. The car was waiting and ready for my test drive and it only took a few days to resolve any questions and agree the deal. Henry communicated via text which was very convenient. Subsequent to the purchase there were a couple of minor issues and Henry was very cooperative and responsive in resolving them. I'm very satisfied and love my new car.

This review is for service department. Just for a quick background info, I've owned 2 Infiniti and Nissan for 4 years and before that I've owned two Audi's for 6 years and VW before that so I have something to compare to. The service is really bad when it comes to Infiniti and don't expect that 5 star service you get from Audi and perhaps other luxury brands. I have many examples I can talk about but just today I went to this dealership to get Infiniti lug nuts for Infiniti wheel on Infiniti car. As soon as I entered the service, the guy who's name I don't know because he never introduced himself to me showed me some attitude and unwillingness to help by starting right away with excuses before even looking at the car... "oh these wheels are from a different car blah blah blah". Of'course once I told him that the wheels are in fact Infiniti wheels and were on my older car which is in fact the same as the new model I bought but just needs shorter lug nuts. I also asked to get center caps and top off washer fluid. The guy left and when he came back he told me that there so many different kinds of lug nuts and center caps that there is no way they can help me unless I provide them the vin number of the original car they were on. So without offering to even top off my washer fluid, provide a courtesy wash because they were useless or even take out the tags they put on my car, he sent me on my way with what seemed to be in his opinion a safety issue. I then went to town fare tire who provided me a much better service and got the right Infiniti lug nuts from NAPA within about 10-15 mins of being there. In others words you cannot count on Infiniti service even when it comes to such simple things as getting you Infiniti lug nuts or center caps UNLESS you have a vin number. I don't even want to know what happens if you have a serious problem that you need them to take care off. The only reason I'm awarding 2 stars is because the girl that also works there in service department actually was trying to be helpful and very professional unlike the guy.
