Had a really bad experience. Booked an appointment for a service issue about a week in advance. Got reminders correctly for the appointment time, but when I walked in at the appointment time, the service rep simply told they are short staffed and will be able to look at my car in 3 to 4 days, if I leave it with them. Would have appreciated it if a service person called ahead of time, that would have saved me a trip. I am not going back to this place.

My husband and I recently bought not one but 2 vehicles the same weekend. While my husband had already done his research and was set on a platinum Ford F150, I on the other hand really didn't know if I wanted to trade in my high mileage Ford Edge. Our Salesman was Paul Scannell. Paul had already gone thru the sales process with my husband and I was brought in so that Paul could ease me into the Sticker shock..... This Platinum addition of the F150 has every bell and whistle you can imagine including massaging seats..... Paul was very easy to work with and set up everything for my husband and off he went into the Money Chamber....... While they were signing papers.... I was wondering around the lot kicking tires. I really was not in the market to trade my car in, but Paul spent quite some time with me really asking questions and steering me out of the direction i thought i wanted to go and that was with a Taurus. I test drove several cars and he was right..... I had a Limited Edition Edge and was pretty spoiled my self. While the Ford Taurus is a nice vehicle.... Once I moved up a notch and drove the Ford Explorer I was hooked. it didn't take much to talk me into the trade and Paul made the numbers work for me. After our "expensive" weekend, I brought both vehicles back to the dealership for registration and a sticker. The waiting area is very nice, television, lovely couches, a few desk areas and free Wifi, coffee and Klondike bars :). The fact that there is a 5 day return policy and a 30 day warranty to get something else if not satisfied is truly a mark of a great dealership. I am very glad that I went along for the ride with my husband on his purchase. Now both of us have a new car and both have had an excellent experience wiith Paul and the entire staff.

I had a terrible experience last week when I dropped my car off for an appointment. Asked if I could leave it overnight. Ok, not convenient, I'll have to rent a car, wish I was told that when I scheduled. Didn't get a call all day about my car. Next day, I call, was told they may not get to it. Might as well pick it up since they are behind. Won't be able to reschedule until mid-August. SO, I rented a car and dropped off my car for nothing! It still has issues. And no, they wouldn't reimburse me for rental. Poor communication=poor customer service. Oh, and was later told if I had used a different rental car service, I could have just left the rental car there to be picked up -- again, didn't tell me that when I had asked if there was a rental car place around there. I'll never go there again!

Had to get a tire patched. I picked up my truck the next day and found scratches on my bumper and got a rear seatbelt fault warning on my way home from the dealership.
I also find that my donut was not secured with the nut.
Normally have good experiences here, but for a simple patch for a tire, not happy to find things the way they were afterwards.

I recently purchased a vehicle here and had very pleasant no pressure experience.
Freddie was exceptional and a pleasure to deal with! He was always available during the sales process and answered all my questions. He was very easy to talk with and again no pushy sales pressure which was very refreshing.
Had the chance to speak with the general manager too. Miguel Silva was very personable and also easy to speak with.
I would especially like to thank another manager I spoke with. I believe his name was Ozzy, he was very helpful and also easy to speak with! He was instrumental in helping me secure my loan and chase the percentage rate I was after.
My experience was the best I’ve ever had buying a vehicle from any dealer ever!
Everyone I spoke with, were top notch and made me fell very comfortable in the whole process and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
When the time comes, I’m hopeful the service experience will be the same. After reading other reviews on the service department .I have no doubt it’ll be the same experience.
Keep up the good work and the no pressure sales pitch. A+ experience!
