Absolutely love Harvey's!! It's not quite what it was in it's hay day but it still has a lot of the same small town charm and amazing items you won't find anywhere else. I really suggest making this one of your stops if your ever in the Westboro area.

Lots of amazing, well tended plants. Very helpful, friendly knowledgeable staff. Just be warned, even though prices are very fair, you will want to leave there with a LOT of new plants!

Nice selection of plants and herbs, nice produce. Not a huge selection, but a good variety of plants. Also everything is healthy and ready to be planted and to thrive. Gift shop is wonderful for year round shopping.

Harvey's Farm is a wonderful place to visit and browse. You can always find a pretty plant or unique gift. Jim is always willing to provide great gardening advice and Emily is so helpful with gifts, garden design, etc. A great local family-owned business with the warmth and personal service that's so hard to find these days.

Off the beaten path this hidden gem is a great place to visit and take your time. Often we are all in a hurry to get in and get out, buy what we need and be on our way. This is one of the few places I shop that I am in no hurry. One of my favorite parts of the farm is the setting. The old barn is connected to a state of the art greenhouse, this marriage of old and new is what keeps me coming back. Every time I stop by they have new products to learn about and enjoy. I took a great lawn care class last spring and learned a lot from Farmer Harvey. They stock the Jonathan Green line, I wouldn't put anything else on my lawn after talking with the rep - all quality ingredients with organic and non-organic options. Being able to support a working family farm and a local business is important to me. Great seasonal produce and plants, check them out at the Westboro Farmers Market with other local vendors in the summer months.

I really wanted to love Harvey's and make it my latest secret find. The gift shop has an eclectic mix and is wonderful to browse. The recent upgrades to the greenhouse are very well done. This place is a bit hidden as it's off the main street. The penny candy selection will drive any kid's imagination. We got 6 yards of bark mulch and bought a bunch of plants from them. Now the bad news. Paying $60 for a plum tree, we took it home and planted it immediately. The leaves fell off and it died within 2 weeks. We called and they said, "that's normal, it's just shock. Give it another 2 weeks." 2 weeks later, still dead. Called again, "oh, it may take another 2 months, give it time." Well, it's a year later and I still have a dead tree on my front lawn. Nice location, but based on the experience, we won't be back.
