My review is a bit late. I went to Golden Nozzle because it was really close to where I live. It was around April and roads were starting to be clear of salt, so I thought I'd have the undercarriage washed to remove any remaining salt. After the wash, I checked the underside and was disappointed that it was dry. I've gone through a couple of other car wash places and I can tell that they actually wash the undercarriage.
Also not the perfect wash, some parts near the side mirrors were untouched.

There was a small line of cars in front of me which to me means people like it. It was my first time there. The attendant was friendly and the wash was great.

Very busy on a Saturday but the line moves quickly. Bonus is off you buy a package you can use it at any Golden Nozzle, not just this location.

Seems like the car got a good wash, but when I checked the undercarriage, it was dry. The Works includes Undercarriage wash.

Cannot warn strongly enough to stay away! Car damage was done when I ran through. I check every single time I go through and on this occurrence there was significant damage done to both sides of my vehicle. White, long scuffs down both sides at multiple points. Car wash claims ‘video evidence’ shows all damage was existing. District manager called me and was not even aware of what the damage was to my vehicle, just seemed to be reading from a script that the damage to my vehicle was inconsistent with the damage their machines usually do. He also said I claimed damages to my tail lights which I never claimed so I don’t think he was aware of my actual claim.

It never cleans the gaps the cracks between the emblems cracks between the roof rack it needs a high pressure spray not just a thing that gets a drizzle on it and it broke my windshield wiper and it took a little piece off the nut

Beware of this car wash their equipment is awful they scratch your car and deny that anything happened buyers beware do not go to this car wash they are horrible I was a customer for 4 years brought my new car through there manager sorry got scratched and they denied it that they can't do anything do not go to this car wash.

The manager is Not a friendly woman she rolls her eyes and guide people in with one hand and doesn’t offer the monthly pass . For my opinion she doesn’t like her job she is only there to make money poor customer service .. I will bringing my vehicle elsewhere to a different location that employees that like their job.

I have a monthly subscription but I swear before that they’d at least spray the car with soap all around but now I feel as if they only spray a bit at the front windshield that’s it. The vacuums work way better than what they used to before the pandemic and I’m really hoping that they contribute to do so. I’m also hoping that they start spraying that car with the soap as they should to get the benefit of the wash before going elsewhere.
