Amazing service, no automated lines. Got connected with Brian within seconds of looking for a quote and was able to do so through a person. As a result we could discuss what areas needed improving and where savings could be found. Brian took care of everything so it was a breeze. I changed agencies/agents when I moved to Westboro about 2 years ago and chose Gaudette because they were 1) local, 2) had good reviews, and 3) I wasn't happy with my previous agent at another agency, which I expressed when I first contacted Gaudette. The agent I was initially working with was great, and I would've given a 5 star review based on my experience with her. She anticipated questions, was on the ball, and communicative. Since then it's been a steady decline. I've been passed around to different agents, they didn't update my insurance with my mortgage resulting in headaches, I've received messages that are riddled with errors which makes me wonder how much time they're spending on my question/issue, I've had to re-request things several times, and if I don't follow-through I would never get a complete answer to a question. I was recently told that I would get a low mileage discount on mileage, but after waiting for weeks to find out how much, I was told it was a mistake and I wouldn't be getting a credit. Now I'm locked into a policy that I may not have chosen otherwise. I'm exploring insurance for a second home, and I receive answers to questions that are complete guesses by the agent and I have to insist on getting an official response. When my insurance comes up for renewal, I'll be considering other agencies.

Jessica selected for me an insurance at a very good rate and she was very professional and responsibly followed up my case while the car dealer was delaying my car registration. I am very happy that I accidentally bumped into their office and will definitely return for other insurances.

I used to get great service from Daniels. They screwed up my title/registration on my new camper and cost me sales tax twice. That was over 3 weeks ago and they haven't corrected it.

Lea and Alice have helped not just myself, but my family and friends for years now. They are proactive, and explain things in a way that we can all understand. Nobody likes paying for insurance, but now I have a better understanding of why I need it and love knowing Alice and Lea are in my corner when I need to file a claim. So simple with them.

Alice & Lea are the best. I have used them for my business insurance for years and whenever I need something, they are always there. I call them weekly for proof of insurance documents and they are very prompt with them. I would highly recommend Daniels Insurance.
