The worst company/office to send packages with. They were supposed to send a package for me May 6 2024. In less than 24hrs, the package was in my door step. No refund til this day and they will not escalate it to a supervisor via calls. I have no way to be refunded because they’re claiming the package went to the sender and came back to me.. makes no sense. We’re now in August!!!! I will be reaching out to the Better business bureau because this kind of incompetence is stealing and carelessness. To top it off they also hung up in my face.

Good experience there. Clean store. I used FedEx mobile app to generate shipping order and label. Printed label at home. The only reason to go to the store in person is to get a FedEx envelope for shipping my document.The overnight shipping was supposed to arrive at New York City destination before 12pm/noon, they missed the time and delivery was late for about 15 minutes, not a big deal. Happy with the tracking status and update/notification in the mobile app.

They refused to ship my re used box. Said it had to be in the original box or a completely blank brown box.

I went to get a return shipping label printed and mailed back.I was greeted by Myrna and there weren't any lines so I was taken care of immediately. She was quick efficient and polite. She also didn't take advantage of the fact that I didn't know I didn't need to pay for my return shipping. She just saw my cash and said it's been already paid for, your all set. She gave me an estimated time when I asked. That was it. Thank you.

I had the shipment placed outside my neighbors door and when I reported the problem no one came to pick it up and no one responded from the office awful experience use a different service if possible

Plz DONT GO for normal shipment with any of the fedex services. My package is supposed to be delivered 2 days back but the current status is delayed and worst thing is they dont have expected delivery date. If they cannot do a normal shipment on the expected delivery date they should inform their customers. I'm facing this issue for 2nd time and the worst thing last year was they updated me the package seem to have been lost. This is a mere shame on their normal shipment service. I should have learned lesson from last time. FEDUP WITH FEDEX.

The team at FEDEX Westborough are my heroes. After my Canva order was lost then the printer in another FEDEX location broke...Merna and Teresa went above and beyond t make sure I had my cards for my father's funeral. It was not their problem to fix but they did it with empathy and warmth and I am forever grateful

I got the worst service in the world at this FedEx from the lady Teresa behind the counter I use FedEx everyday and I give them great reviews they couldn't even scan a QR code to send my package out it's a simple task people in training have done it

I rarely write reviews but... I feel compelled to compliment FedEx and the lone staff member (12/15/21 730pm) that patiently helped me print some cards . Just really friendly, helpful. I had tried 3 other places in Westborough but was unable to print my cards as I wanted. Thank you.

So from what I’ve heard about fed ex previously I was obviously a little spooked when I seen a fed ex truck deliver to everyone on my street but me, so I call to ask about it. The lady was extremely disrespectful, the customer service was horrible. As a customer who doesn’t work for a delivery company I felt very disrespected for just asking a question. I do not recommend this fed ex.

Went to ship something and was treated rudely by one of the team members. I definitely do not recommend going to this location. I am extremely upset as I have never had such horrible experience.

This is both for the general FedEx operation and the service at this location. Had to redirect a package to this store for pick up because the original shipping had it being delivered on a Sunday where no one was available to receive the package. On FedEx's website, it didn't show this location as being closed and not being able to receive on Sunday either. So I thought I can go and pick up my package in the morning. Got there, no package. Was told they were closed yesterday and package hadn't arrived. Went to work, got notification that package was now delivered. Went back to the store after work. No package again. WTF? Was told it was delivered to the original address. What? Why offered this Re-direct service for pickup at another location if you cannot handle the actual task? The individual at the store said the package was delivered and signature was on file. I tried to reason with him that it wasn't delivered as I just came from there and asked to see the signature on file. He indicated he can't access it. But insist it was delivered because there is a signature on file. I called FedEx and asked them where it was delivered and whom had signed for it. The person on the other line wasn't able to tell me where it was delivered but turned around and asked me where it was supposed to be delivered and then asked for the original delivery address. What??? After I gave him the info, now he becomes a genius and told me it was delivered to the original address. I pressed for the signature on file to find out if someone I know might have signed for it. He then told me, no, this delivery did not require a signature so there is no signature. WTF? So now I have two different versions of what had happened to the delivery of my package. But the important one to me is that I DON'T have my package and FedEx has no clue what happened to it. Guy at store and guy on the phone need to get their stories straight. Was there or was there not a signature on file for this delivery?

Can't possibly endorse this fedex office as a competent one. Gave me someone else's package so I have to go back. This is AFTER checking my ID to make sure i'm the right owner of the package. i'm so not happy right now.Update: The employee apologized and rectified the issue. I have increased the star rating to 3 for average.
