This review was long overdue. I shipped a birthday package to Australia in March. The package got there right when it said it would, great! What was even more amazing was the customer service here. Let’s just say, I wish there were more Jocelyns in this world. She was friendly, patient and made the whole process stress free. Definitely will be shipping internationally from here again. Emily at the South Boston location was wonderful and got me in and out. I ended up walking in at 6:50 and that branch closes at 7:00. She was courteous, very accomodating and efficient.

Paid extra to get something next day took the money out and didn’t ship it till three days later and now it’s been over a week been sitting at the Massachusetts terminal for 3 days no updates when it will be delivered
