Woman working the window Veterans Day 2024 snapped and facepalmed at me for asking help with a shipment quote and printing an online label at the location, in addition to not honoring DHL website clearly-advertised promo codes for in-person shipments. I could care less about the promo code but for that bad customer-service and poor conduct, you just lost a customer. If you don’t have patience and empathy for your customer, you’re woefully unfit to be in your job. I’m happy to take my business elsewhere—spare me the uncharitable attitude. Unfortunately, the review is forced to a minimum of 1-star when the reviewee deserves none; perhaps, your location’s parking may have as well earned my 1-star!

4 days in a row I received communications saying that DHL tried to deliver my package but no one was home. I was home every single day and have multiple cameras on the front walkway/driveway. No one ever came to my house. I changed the delivery to a no signature required after the first missed delivery and still received the same “no one was home to accept package” message. Customer service was dismissive to my concerns. DHL is the only service that has given me any grief in terms of package delivery. Not impressed.

Received a text delivery would be Friday Oct 25. Took the day off. Received another text today October 23 delivery would be between 12-1400. Package delivery attempt at 10:30. Of course no one was home cause they said 12 pm!!! Hate this company

I needed to return an item to Japan so I brought my package to DHL located Westborough Ma. I was warmly greeted by Michelle
Who was very helpful in getting my package shipped. I would definitely recommend DHL for any shipping outside of the United States.

YOU ARE BETTER OFF USING UPS OR FEDEX NOT DHL, they completely suck, especially the Express Service Point Westborough MA. You do not even know if these fail attempted deliveries are true, with no note on your door or proof of failed delivery. Drivers are just permitted to decide not to deliver a parcel with the excuse of so much workload. And they do not even care to send you a text or something after making you wait for your parcel delivery at home all day. The worst is when you try to reach out to customer service to complain, they deliberately have no way to contact the exact DHL location or service center. Thats just to tell you how terrible they are and don't care about millions of customers. Normally repeated complaints like this should be investigated so that thousands of customers stop complaining. But again, DHL as a whole doesn't care about its customers. All they said was the driver had too much workload and could not make it to my address.
