The manager Tina was extremely rude to not only myself but her colleagues. She clearly doesn’t like her job and it shows with how she organizes the store and speaks to others. I will not be visiting this store again until things change with the management. I was surprised to see in other reviews that the corporate office is so close to this location, clearly nobody is checking with how this store is run.

Staff was so friendly and courteous. Left a very good impression on me. And can we say munchies galore! Soda was sooo refreshing and was desperately needed during a road trip to Maine. Sandwich was delicious too, I should've bought a few for the road. I kept thinking about all their stocked munchies and kept having to look out for another Cumberland farms somewhere hehehe.

This is the closest location to their headquarters, and it is not a good reflection on this company's standards. First of all, the cleanliness is questionable. The baked goods cabinet is CONSISTENTLY filled with flies and their excrement. These poor employees had to fix it themselves while the corporation can't bother finding a better place to stock their baked goods, perhaps an air tight box instead of a nesting space for flies. They completely renovated the coffee section instead of finding a practical solution to a simple problem.
Additionally, this location also has a serious logistical flaw that represents the poor communication between the store itself and the supervising company. The slushie machine with Red Rage And Blue Raspberry is broken on all 4 barrels, the product is always flat and hasn't been ready to serve in over half a year, with no indication of the company's interest to fix the problem. The employees are not responsible for malfunctioning equipment they are not licensed to repair and they should not be held accountable EG America's neglect of their store's equipment.
EG America is an international holding company based in the UK and they acquired a local New England chain and changed it to a for-profit monopoly, which has proved that they're not in capacity to manage the amount of stores they have and since these are not franchises the underbearing company is the only authorized party to personally maintain each store's facility and their advanced equipment.
The unfresh pastry cabinet is not the first and certainly not the most serious health concern at this location in particular. At this time they have an entire kitchen and hot food stand that has not been used in most certainly over a year. Instead, the pizza is premade in the back and stocked in the case by the hot dogs. The reason for this, of course, is that they had a purpose to close it down in the first place.
Stromboli used to be served at the front and it is self explanatory to state that it made enough people sick to turn it into a huge problem.
Furthermore, I will be moving onto the fuel island and as the British like to say "Petrol Filling Station." As far as I'm aware the Westborough Fire Department sends the Fire Marshal to individually check each pump and they install tamper seals to deter consumers from opening the pumps up behind the console screen. I cannot recall which pump it was but I've noticed at least one tamper seal broken. These seals cover the keyhole for opening the pumps for inspection and maintenance. It is one of the company's policies to supply anti-static gloves to prevent static electricity from igniting gasoline. These are rarely available.
I cannot speak on the quality of the Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel dispensed here either, as it has made my fuel filter extremely dirty, dirtier than other places like Chevron and Shell for sure. Diesel engine owners beware, as this fuel is much dirtier than independent service stations and much more expensive.
In conclusion, EG (Euro Garages) America owns multiple businesses like Turkey Hill, Kwik Shop, and Minit Mart. Their revenue in 2021 came to a total of $26.511 Billion and they continue to eat smaller businesses. EG Fuel does not supply clean diesel fuel and does not upkeep their facilities as they own too many businesses to take care of effectively.
If there are fuel cleanliness reports available I'd be interested in viewing them, but I'm not sure those are public knowledge. Make of all of this what you will.
The Employees at this location are absolutely top notch and work hard to manage what they can. They have been nothing but kind and helpful and every day they do business at one of the busiest locations in the area. They deserve the proper recognition and quite frankly more money to them out of that grand total of 26 billion dolla

Your pump credit card reader eats my card every time! It’s not my card as it works everywhere else!
Forced to pump elsewhere.

They never put paper receipts at the pumps for over 3 months now forcing us to get inside to buy something? Not good at ALL. Today 10 min in line for a dam receipt. No kidding, and i tell then EVERY SINGLE DAY for 3 months. Imagine how good it is. Bath worst, pump takes almost a minute for then press ok for filling up gas. Idk what else i can say. Not return with my company trucks anymore and i wish you don’t use them as well

The bathroom shouldn't be that dirty disgusting to a good way to describe it. Fountains sold out of everything except coke Zero and Diet. Dr. Pepper, wow. I mean, really. Matt at the register was the only reason I left 2 stars he was delightful. Happy said thank you, and have a great day. But everything else went to shell down the street they had everything and clean Bathrooms.

Pumps that shut off early and don’t dispense receipts. It’s a convenient place but I don’t enjoy not being able to fill up my truck all the way

Would be nice if you refilled your window wash fluid with regularity and fixed your broken gas pump handles.

I really like all the Cumberland Farmses that I go to, but I had to leave a review in honor of Nico/Niko (sorry about spelling). What a wonderful guy! He was immediately helpful when he could see me scanning for the product I wanted. He is a very helpful local that made me grow more love for the area with his knowledge of the ins and outs of the Boston area. I would love it for him to have the best future that can be possibly conceived of, and I hope his superiors note his natural charisma and his knack for being so intuitive.

I was inside the station a couple of months ago to buy something. I could not stop thinking about this since which is why i’ve decided to leave a review. I witnessed a manager calling the only hispanic worker something along the lines of “a slow little mexican.” I was appalled. Speaking to anyone let alone your own in employees in that way is shameful. im tired of feeling the guilt that this manager should be feeling for acting that way. I believe her name was Tina or Lisa
