“I lost some personal items in the store Don the manager and other staff took my info and told me they would contact me if they were found.A few hours later I got a call from the store and the personal items were turned in.Thank you to the person who turned them in and to all the store employees who looked for my personal items.i gave them 5 stars but only 3 show:(”

“Thank you Joe and Rose. I came in looking for a suit for my mother's wake back in December. It was a sudden passing no one saw coming. Rose seemed to drop everything and spent all her attention hooking me up. Joe had my suit tailored within an hour. The kindness I received went beyond customer service. There was genuine empathy and caring for a total stranger. Rose even threw in a tie, as if to say, "we're sorry." Believe me when I say that the merchandise in both stores is plenty enough reason to shop there. But When you experience something like this, you just know that there are many intangibles you're NEVER going to find in the chain stores and quite frankly, very few places of business period. Check out Rose's Corner and Spallone & Son Men's clothing. You won't regret it.”
“An employee named Ray helped me out so much. I didn't have hiking shoes or a sleeping bag or a water filter system for hiking Mt. Katahdin. He listened to my concerns and gave suggestions based on my background and experience as a runner for appropriate gear that would be most comfortable for a long hike. So incredibly helpful and genuine, I had a made a human connection and my trip would not have been possible without his knowledge and assistance.”

“I went here last Friday, August 04th,2023, with my family. They went here around the time Citi Trends originally opened. I've never actually been there .This was my 1st time visiting and shopping at Citi Trends. The only complaint I have is that we originally got there the day before thinking the store was open till 8pm .While entering, the young woman said no, actually, we close in 5 minutes. " they closed at 7 pm on Google, and it said 8pm .So we decided to go back to Citi Trends again the next day. I came out with an awesome find , complete steal. What a fantastic bargain. The other small issue I had with them was that the music was a little loud. The woman at checkout was super helpful and beyond kind and super attentive while checking out . Thank you for your assistance. I don't know her name, but she was so friendly and so much of a huge help . This store is super clean and well - lit, and it's a unique place to go check it out. And has some unique finds. So go check them out. I plan on coming in again in the near future.”

“Nice, clean functioning laundry mat. I was going to the one at Washington st, but most of machines are usually not working, and the ones that do don’t wash properly. It’s nice to find a laundry mat with two giant loads machines. Will keep coming to this one.”
