“The service was very nice but the car wash was unable to get the bird poop off my car. We went through twice and it was still stuck. We thought about going again with their satisfaction guarantee but we decided it wasn’t strong enough. We went over to self-service station and were able to remove the bird poop with their washer. I would go back to the self-service station but not sure the drive-thru is strong enough for stuck on dirt/poop.”
“Came here on a whim looking for a self service bay... I think I'm in love. These guys really care about their business and what they're offering. $10 got me 12 minutes of whatever I wanted for foam / brush / high-pressure / rinse, and they were playing some killer tunes to boot. Complimentary towels??? I daresay I had fun washing my car~”
“Highly recommend the Shrewsbury Scrub A Dub! I’ve had a monthly car wash subscription for over 3 years and it’s worth every penny. I am at the car wash at least once if not twice a week— The unlimited vacuuming is perfect for anyone with who wants to keep their car looking and feeling brand new. This particular location is the only one I go to because Jon and Gavin keep the place running smoothy. The vacuums always work, the trash is emptied several times a day, the grounds are well kept, and they do a great job on washing the car. Five stars for customer service, value, and overall experience.”

The drive on the highway home was fine and no issues driving it a few trips to work so far. I'll report back in a few months with any updates but you can buy with confidence.”
“UPDATE READ BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR MONTHLY WASH CLUB: It’s a shame one thing can totally ruin an experience for a car wash. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR MONTHLY WASH CLUBS. I cancelled my plan before the end of the month and I’m still getting attempts for $49.99 charges on my account and reaching someone to help get this mess sorted is ridiculous. This has been ongoing for weeks now. Really unfortunate because I did like the services here however, beware of this issue with the billing your account after it’s been cancelled.Great car wash and extremely friendly staff. I have a 4 door Jeep wrangler and most automatic car washes do not rinse the soap off entirely. This automatic wash did. The ultimate wash was the one I chose and can attest to the quality of. They also have free vacuums out front for when you are done.”

“"First time customer. Detail.com arranged for USA Detail in central Massachusetts (Marlborough/Worcester??) to service my car. I believe this Yelp page is for the same company. Rodrigo did an absolutely amazing job, inside and out. With 97000 miles on my car, I never thought it would look this way again. He even was able to remove the upholstery stains from a couple of coffee spills and my carsick dog! I could have spent $30.00 less elsewhere, but I would have been stranded there for hours, and I doubt I would now have a cleaner car. Instead, I was able to enjoy the day with my wife and dog. Priceless. Kudos to Rodrigo. I looked out my window periodically and could tell he was working very hard. He also explained (with a handy, fast translation app) everything he would do and answered all my questions. He's an asset to the company and appeared to be very well trained. I highly recommend asking for Rodrigo with Detail.com and USA Detail. Some negative reviews may have been due to the individual tech or an office out of state. The reviews for Massachusetts mostly seem to be from very happy customers like me.”

“Our family has used Lube2Go's car detail service for years. They are consistently excellent and reliable (except 1 time when our appt got dropped years ago). The owner is very hands on, and steps in to provide customer service when necessary.You can't go wrong with L2G! Best to book directly, than go through Grpn IMHO.”

“Love this place. Getting a car wash is pretty expensive now A days and this one is also however to me it’s worth every penny. I believe it ranges from $14-$20. I only use the touch less so I can’t speak about the other one. The touchless one does a very good job and is detailed and powerful. It’s never crazy busy there so typically you can get right in. Enjoy!!”

“It’s not perfect, but definitely good enough in a pinch. $22 for the ultra wash using the soft touch bay on the far right got my SUV 85% clean. From other reviews it sounds like the no touch bays could be less effective.Same thing for drying - around 85% dry given it’s a quick shot of high pressure air before you exit. If you have wider than normal wheels, this place is good because you don’t have the automated tracks like other places.$1.50 for 7 minutes to vacuum is decent. Whenever I’m in the area for youth soccer or hockey, I use this car wash. Fuss free and easy to use.”

“Highly recommend! I brought my car to the Westborough location to see Vito a number of times and each time my vehicle is spotless. He does a thorough job and gets into every nook and cranny when he details a vehicle. I usually get an exterior detail with clay bar to remove the tiny rust spots all over my white jeep. My car is usually in rough shape from the winter and now looks brand new. I’ve been to other detailing places that were cheaper, but the attention to detail was lacking. It’s pricey, but absolutely worth it!! Not only will you not regret it, but I guarantee you’ll be a returning customer. Vito is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
