“I couldn't reccomend this place enough. I had a very last minute need for a vehicle for my driving test as the one I was going to use was involved in an accident and John was nothing but kind, understanding and accommodating. It was a next day rental and I live quite far away from the office so he met me closer to where I live in order to shorten my commute. He also was flexible enough to drop off AND pick up on the same day. The car was in excellent condition, clean and drove very well. The prices were reasonable and John was very responsive when I ended up having to call him about 13 times in 2 days. If you need a rental, especially for a driving test, please consider this place. If I ever need a rental again I will definitely be coming back.”
“Awesome customer service!I had an issue with the first car they gave me and they allowed me to switch it out with no issues. When the second car started to act up (probably a sensor issue due to lots of sticks and stones in my area), I called and was able to switch it out no problem at a different location.Throughout my experience they were able to answer all my questions and even helped me fix the CarPlay when I couldn’t get it to work.Everyone I interacted with here was professional and when it came to payment, I was given a discount for my troubles which I found to be a great way to make up for the issues I encountered.Thank you so much to everyone and special thanks to Jarod who helped me throughout most of my experience.”
“Dependable and reliable! Had to get my vehicle cleaned and I was told it was going to take around 5 hours. Since I still had other errands to run, I decided to call Enterprise that morning to schedule a pick up. For future reference, make sure you give them at least 2 hours notice (honestly more than that just to be sure they have vehicles available and you aren't stuck having to make other arrangements). I was lucky enough that they had vehicles and the time I needed to be picked up was able to coincide with that policy. The driver was on time and getting into a rental and back on the road was quick and easy. They even gave me a free upgrade! I would have liked to have been able to just have the car dropped off at my location and be able to drop it off at that location instead of having them give me a ride, but that would require an additional employee and I did not directly request it considering how early in the morning it was and considering how I just barely gave a 2 hour notice.”
“Quick and easy check out. Friendly staff. Location is difficult to get in and out off. Too small of a lot. Loved the overnight drop box , made return so simple and on my time. The car was fabulous. Brand new and close to what I rented. Will use again.”
